The crew worked in the cold and wind.
They were pulled off the job for two days because the wind was so bad.

The crew, Jason, Ryan and Cory did a great job…very meticulous in what they were doing.
I have heard other roofers go super fast nailing down the shingles…very fast. These guys took their time to do the job well, they were deliberate in what they were doing.
They also found two of my fans that were just vented into my attic. They took their time to vent those all the way outside like they are supposed to be. We’ve noticed the difference right away.

After an enormous evergreen fell on our home this past February 2025, we started working with our insurance and looking for the right contractor to get the job done. We had 12 trusses that had snapped and other damage to the roof, gutters, interior, etc. Initially we had three contractors come out to perform estimates, all of which seemed great at first, but then lacked communication and did not seem to have enough interest to take on the job. It was going to involve a lot of planning, resources, and beyond that it would take months to complete. We were very lucky to find Spruce who had positive reviews.

Spruce has a great project manager, roofing, truss, electric, hvac, paint, and general construction team who properly planned, used high quality materials, and adhered to laws and regulations. These professionals returned our home back to its original condition, if not, in even better condition.

It was easy to communicate with Simon, our project manager, and we quickly established mutual trust. Spruce was patient when it came to dealing with our insurance company and the receiving of funds. We were invoiced when jobs were complete and Spruce made it very easy to pay online.

We definitely recommend Spruce when you have a job that needs fixing. No matter how small or big, they got it.

Spruce Properties made a competitive bid for replacing the roof on our house and garage, compared with the other quality roofers (we did not go for the lowest bid, because we wanted quality work done). They were so professional, and we came out with an excellent roof. I really appreciated that they are also a construction company, so know how to deal with any repairs needed that were uncovered during the replacement. Our roof was about 25 years old, and wearing thin, but not an emergency. Hint: replace your roof before it becomes a critical issue.

I’m an electrician and I work with a lot of different contractors, so I know a good one when I see one. Michael’s team doesn’t just rush through jobs to get them done. They really care about making sure the homeowner is happy and staying within budget. They are also super honest, friendly guys that you’ll feel totally comfortable having in your house.

Four grizzlies came out and built a brand new 15x15 deck with outstanding craftsmanship. Also completed 5 drywall repairs in a timely manner and made them to match the existing drywall. Highly recommend them for any home needs.

Reached out to Michael for a kinda odd job. Was fixing my bathroom and needed a repair that would be quick, not break my budget and get me back on track. I was able to send him photos and discuss what we needed to do that would be my best choice with what I was working with. Michael and his team did an amazing job at making dream come to life. I wanted a second bathroom in my one car garage but wanted to maintain the ability to park a sedan in it. My house is older and we knew our plumbing was going be tricky from the inspection. Even with all the complications, we received everything we wanted and it is a beautiful bathroom! couldn’t recommend Michael enough for your home improvement needs. We were left with a mess from another company after hiring them to redo and update our shower. I reached out to Micheal and was answered almost immediately and he was super helpful. I had never ordered a shower nor am I familiar with shower renovations but Micheal answered all of my questions, provided feedback on the different options, and wasn’t afraid of letting me know if a certain option wouldn’t work with our bathroom. He was easy to get ahold of, worked with the parts delivery schedules, very thorough in explaining what/why he was doing certain things.
I never felt like we were being left in the dark or leg astray during the renovation.

When we’re ready for more of the bigger renovations in the house we will definitely be using Micheal again.
