Allison electric did all the electrical for my home about 3 years ago. I recently started having issues with a circuit breaker that keeps tripping. Eventually it would not reset so I asked Jeremy/Allison Electric to come out to fix the issue. They did not have the correct breaker on their first visit (which was fine) so they had to return the following week. They ended up charging me for both visits @$250 each. Also they didn’t correct the issue as the same breaker is tripping. When I asked why I was charged for 2 visits and let them know that the issue was not corrected, Jeremy sent a very unprofessional response and said he could come back out to remove the breaker that he just installed but would, of course, need to charge me for yet another service call. To make matters worse, he kept my spare key which I had left hidden on my porch so he could access my home. I ended up having to pay to rekey my home because I wouldn’t want to pay him another $250 to return the key. Absolutely horrible attitude. I could almost be okay with the double service call fee IF he had corrected the issue. But he couldn’t even fix or troubleshoot his own work. I would definitely stay away from this company. There are much more honest and dependable electricians out there

I hired BZX'S Attic Insulation & Roofing Services Inc, WA for a full attic evaluation. Their Attic Inspection revealed heat escaping everywhere. Kevin was amazing extremely knowledgeable and very polite. They provided Attic maintenance that included Spray foam, sealing cracks, and updating ventilation and sealing. We also added Reflective insulation to help keep heat from radiating down. Our home is so much more comfortable, and the energy savings are already noticeable. Our attic developed mold due to poor roof ventilation and trapped humidity. After searching for solutions, we contacted This Company and scheduled an inspection. They recommended full mold cleaning, mold removal and mold remediation services to eliminate the contamination. During the work, Austin explained how moisture buildup had caused the mold problem and what steps they were taking to fix it. The technicians removed damaged insulation, cleaned the beams, and treated the surfaces to prevent mold from returning. They were professional, punctual, and very careful with the workspace. Once the job was finished, the attic looked significantly better and felt much safer.
