High Country Homes has contacted me directly to investigate the issues going on with my HVAC system and with a few other things in my home, and I am impressed that this is occurring. High Country Homes far exceeded my expectations for our special home building process. My husband and I spent months looking at different builders and comparing floorplans, builds, amenities and nothing felt right. From the moment we toured a few floorplans that belonged to High Country Homes, we knew we finally found our home! We loved that they were a local builder and very personable! They made us feel like our feelings, thoughts and ideas all mattered and were with us every step of the way!! Every little detail that goes into buying a home, details, colors- Jeff and Cory had such personable customer service and guided us every step of the way! Choosing to build can be scary but High Country Homes made it feel so easy! The finished product of our home and the quality and details turned out amazing! Some standard amenities that came with our floorplan would be an expensive upgrade with anyone else! We feel truly blessed! Even after we closed they were always available to answer any questions we had and checked in on us if they were in the neighborhood with other builds! I HIGHLY recommend High Country Homes!! High Country Homes built our dream home in 2016. Our floor plan was highly customized from on of HC standard floor plans. Throughout the design and build process, Jeff Caseber (owner) was supportive, available and communicative. After we took possession, Jeff was still available to us to answer questions and trouble shoot small problems we encountered. At our age, it is doubtful we will build again, but if we did, I would definitely go back to HCH for a bid.

We entrusted High Country Homes to build our custom home on our plot of land. It was a pleasure working with Jeff as he helped turn our concept into reality. We appreciated his honesty, integrity, professionalism during the months of the building process. He is an experienced builder and his expertise played a critical role in completion of the project.
