The tech was very competent
It was not an easy fix because it involved
new homeowner finding the crawl space, and then having the tech crawl and discover that the vent was not done correctly. My dryer is working, and I am thrilled with the fix.

Fantastic service! Jason came out the very day we found out our furnace was dead during the cold and snow snap we recently had. He gave quotes on multiple systems and went over multiple options, answered many questions and was patient and not at all pushy. He encouraged us to get quotes and make the best decision for our family’s needs.

Not only did he have the best pricing out of the many quotes we got but answered questions we had all along the way. His communication with us was top notch and the team (Alex and Lefter) showed up on time and had the full replacement done (in the attic) before the end of the day and we were once again enjoying a heated house.

Our AC is likely going to go next and Jason and his team will be the first call!

The owner Jason is amazing, another company totally botched a heat pump install and AirBest fixed it at a reasonable price, guaranteed the work, and made good on the guarantee, even though another issue came up later that was purposely hidden by the other company and was very hard to find

The technician showed up on time, he was professional and polite. He explained in detail everything that he was doing. He gave advice when asked and made us feel at ease. I would recommend AirBest Home Services to all my family and friends.

AirBest was great! Customer service was quick and prompt, and the pricing was the most competitive of all the quotes I received. Tim did a great job - he and his partner were respectful, professional, and spent the time to talk me through the work that they did and answer all the questions I had.

Jason, the owner, came to our home to provide a quote and was exceptionally knowledgeable about heat pumps, especially Mitsubishi systems. Unlike some other installers who were unsure about certain rebates, including the federal tax rebate for heat pumps, Jason took the mystery out of it. He clearly explained all available rebates (Eastside Energy, PSE, etc.) and patiently addressed all my questions. His pricing was competitive, and he was willing to price match a similar bid we had received.

Throughout the process, communication was outstanding. Jason even took the time to notify me of a slight shipping delay from the manufacturer on his day off, which I greatly appreciated. He quickly rescheduled the installation within just a few days.

The installation team did a fantastic job—professional, efficient, and tidy. They ensured everything was installed perfectly and left our home clean. Highly recommend!

Tim was awesome. Very polite, gave me a gameplan at first and then kept me in the loop with each step and did his best to troubleshoot. He also left things in nice order. The issue was identified and steps were taken to fix it. Probably the best interaction I’ve had with a service technician.

First time customer and I will use AirBest in the future for all my HVAC needs. Tim was my technician and did a fabulous job! Very courteous, cleaned the work area, and addressed all my concerns.

I had several places come out and give quotes to install A/C at both my house & my mom’s (she also got a heat pump) while it was still springtime and HVAC places were running coupon specials. While everyone was very personable from all companies, the prices and products really ranged. Jason (the owner) from AirBest turned out to live in my neighborhood and was very knowledgeable about my system, he was also kind, and offered to price match Bob’s. This was really the clincher—and he was very competitive in his pricing. His crew was all very respectful and tidy. And they even threw in complimentary duct cleaning at both places! We were very pleased and also signed up for their annual tune up service. I know he will be out again should we ever have an issue. Highly recommend!

Airbest just put a heatpump in at my house, let me tell you the customer service and professionalism of this company is amazing. When they were done I even received a call from the sales guy asking about how it went. I also got a call from the owner to ask how it went. Levels above thank you and will recommend to any and everyone in need.

We recently reached out to AirBest for a dryer vent cleaning. They were able to schedule us quickly and offered fair, competitive prices.

Tim and his assistant were very friendly and got the job done efficiently. They also reminded me of the one year workmanship warranty and said that if I were to experience any further issues that they would be happy to come back and remediate the issue.

Our experience was phenomenal from beginning to end. We own a suite of medical offices and are very particular about who we hire, especially around our sensitive lasers and other equipment. Victoria at the main office understood our needs and went out of her way to find an appointment date and time that worked with our busy patients schedule. The technicians (Tim and another whose name I’ve forgotten) were courteous, on time, and professional. They went above and beyond to thoroughly clean our vent systems and the vent plates themselves. They also gave me the various filter sizes and installed them for me after my quick trip to Lowes! Tom at Airbest is very thorough , professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Airbest I will definitely be having them come back and do some additional duct work, service the furnace and adding a new dryer vent.

I'm giving the service 5 stars because the technician was on time and very polite and friendly. The service was scheduled quickly. My only complaint was that It was a little pricey and the tax was not included in the quote.

Tim was incredibly accommodating and understanding when I was running late due to traffic. He was kind and patient the whole time, which I really appreciated. He quickly identified the issue and, although no work was done during that visit, he provided a fair and honest estimate for the job. He even took the time to ask about another issue—not his area specifically, but something the company handles—which really showed he cares. 10/10 experience. Thank you, Tim!

Airbest Home Services heating and air conditioning are the best!!! We got 5 other bids and they didn’t even come close to the detailed bid write up they even cleaned our air vents as part of the bid. The owner is a great guy.

Great experience all around starting with Jason providing an estimate for our new unit and excellent follow through with assisting with the rebates. Jason was amazing, he came to consult and gave us the best price for replacing our furnace and A/C. Everything was well planned and informed and on time. We had Serigy come in and he was one of the best folks, he took his time and ensured everything was taken care of. Tim came in for duct cleaning and he was amazing as well. Overall the best set of trusted folks. Super happy with Airbest and would highly recommend them.
