I half to say. I got many quotes and talked to so many places regarding our current heating system and relocating it/new furnace/AC installation, and we were told it would cost 20k plus as well as it would most lol be impossible to relocate our current furnace to another location. Anyways, when I contacted vallet furnace, not only did they tell us they could do it all but at an amazing price! They came and were very professional and did it all in 2 days. I would recommend them to anyone! Staff knows what their doing ☺

Our heat pump was not working properly.
Darrell assessed the problem, fixed what he could on the spot. There was a part needed to finish the work.
The part was ordered and installed as soon as it came in.

I have used Valley Furnace for all my furnace, heat pump and now my water heater purchases and maintenance for over 24 years. They are always professional and great to work with. I can trust them as well as their work.

Our furnace quit suddenly, on a Friday in mid-October. Although they had a full schedule already, Darrell came by the same day. Then, after getting a part (covered by our warranty) Shawn had us up and running on Monday. Their willingness to rescue us on short notice puts Valley Furnace on the top of our list.

We recently purchased a house that Valley Furnace installed so we called them to service the unit and the sent Darrell who was amazing! He was very friendly, professional and extremely helpful, he went above and beyond to help me install my new thermostat!

Valley is really the only place to use if you live this way. The team is real and gives you solid advice on your situation. I had to get a new updated system as my was over 20 years old. I was given options to get my current system back up and running for a couple more years and how it could be maintained. My choice was to upgrade and install a new unit. Not only did I get a drastically lower price here than anywhere else I checked. I got service you would receive from a really good friend. In order to meet timeline and schedule my full installation was done while out of town for a week. The Valley team did a fabulous job and went above and beyond what I could expect. Examples: 1. When new Water Heater was installed they removed the old cement slab and poured a new smaller one to fit the area and unit. 2. The old electrical and piping was removed and patched up. Looked like a new part of my garage! 3... and well to most might not seem as valuable, but I got home and had a call with the team to go over my new system to make sure it was done. I went to pay and they said they would call me next week to work it out. Didn't want me to feel rushed coming off vacation over Thanksgiving. Felt like a real family business, and one that would not be focused about getting your dollars this second. Considering Covid and all the things happening in the world and businesses... just a little extra breath to make sure coming home after a holiday I could see where I was at. Valley also had great finance options I explored too but decided to just pay outright. Hard to put a dollar on that with a company.

We have used Valley Furnace three time and always had an excellent experience with Andy and his crew. They are honest, prompt, and a pleasure to deal with. Would recommend them to friends and family.

Valley Furnace installed a ductless system in our condo and did a fabulous job! Andy was very prompt in coming out and assessing our situation and got back to us in a timely fashion with a quote. The installation was a bit tricky but they dealt with the issues in a professsional manner.

Before the condo we enjoyed Valley Furnace for 40 years as they installed and serviced 2 heat pumps in our home.

I received 6 other quotes mostly from the big guys. Just about all of them really only cared about selling extended warranties and service contracts. Valley Furnace was prompt, professional and honest. They know what they are doing and really presented best options and best equipment without over selling and over promising. Highly recommend, get a quote from them for sure!

My air-conditioning unit stopped working a couple of days ago and a friend of mine recommended valley furnace. They were able to fit me in right away and the tech that came out and was awesome. I have had maintenance on my AC unit prior and numerous times have been given high costs, and told things that didn’t need to be done. I’m always skeptical about services like this. He was straight up with me and we started with the lowest common denominator of cost to repair... which he felt was most likely the issue. So for under $150 I had my service and AC back in 30 minutes. I will be recommending them to anyone I know that need service. Hard to find honest companies these days and Valley is definitely one of those!

A professional team who knew their job, worked tirelessly, answered questions and cleaned up their work site every day. They were pleasant under duress while focused on completing the task in a timely manner. They addressed all of our concerns. It has been a pleasure to do business with Valley Furnace. Valley furnace was quick to schedule my appointment and was very easy to work with. I had a unique issue that required extensive communication and I never had any issues reaching valley furnace. There work was professional and quick. I will use them for all my future HVAC needs!

My furnace wasn’t working and I called valley this morning, they were able to fit me in today which was great because temps are freezing outside. The gentleman came and knew exactly what it was right away, fixed it quickly and I was just charged the minimum trip charge which is lower then all the places I called. From the thorough estimate, which addressed thoughtful details no other companies even noticed, to the clean, timely completion of the project, Valley did an exceptional job. Valley furnace came by initially for a quote on replacing my system.

Darryl was very up front about the cost, and recommended repair over full replacement as the unit was in good condition. I had previously recieved a quote from Pacific Heating and Cooling for repair, but he gave me a quote that blew the competitors price out of the water. He diagnosed and replaced two parts in my unit (previous part required by Pacific Heating and Cooling included) for substantially less than the competitors, and my HVAC unit runs perfect as promised.

These guys know what they are doing, have years of experience, and provided amazing quality service as a first time customer coming in. I would gladly hire them again for any future repair needs.

We used Valley Furnace to fix our very old heating system that had been original to our home. They came out and gave us several options for fixing the system and we decided to go with a new boiler. Throughout the entire process the staff was professional and personable! The work was completed on time and matched the estimated costs we were initially given. I was experiencing issues with my furnace not turning on and off properly and called in a service request. Darrel arrived on time and patiently explained to me that it was a cleaning issue. I've never had an electronic filter before, but by the time he left, I felt I could confidently clean it myself. He charged me for routine maintenance and saved me a few bucks too! I'll happily call Valley Furnace again in the future if needed!
