My man showed up and it was like fix-it felix from "Wrecking ralph". He fixed it within minutes! I was impressed would definitely recommend.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Steven at the Quincy office should find a new line of work, not working with the public. Surprised they are in business with how rude he is. Would not do anything to help. Terrible way to do business. I’d give them zero stars if it were possible. I would never give this company my money.

Didn't take long to asess the problem. It had something to do with ? which caused it to not have as much power to force the heat out.

I have used this company for over 15 years. but think its time to find a new one 30 days after replacing my compressor I have problems again. 12:30 pm and no one in the office on voice mail

In the height of the summer heat, our system stopped working. They were the only company that could get out to us the same day for repair. Great customer service. So glad we found them!!!

Great company. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable and Steven the owner is great. He’s even been out to our property himself. Reasonable prices and great service. We continue to use this company for our heating and cooling needs.

Quincy Heating & AC installed my HVAC before I purchased the home and I have been using them for repair and maintenance over the last 6 years.

I haven't had to call them often, but when I did they have been awesome.

Here are the emergencies they have helped me with over the last 6+ years:

First - I had tree debris collecting in the bottom of my condenser outside. It turned into a mass of composting mulch and some of the electrical wires traversing the bottom of the condenser shorted out. During a heat wave. QH&AC came out, found the problem and fixed it very quickly, I was only down for a few hours. Since then have been keeping up on tree maintenance and keeping them trimmed back from the condenser to avoid a repeat.

A few years after that incident, my tenants in the home call me just after 9am saying the AC stopped working, it just quit out of the blue. Called Quincy Heating & AC immediately, they had a tech over there with the required part (fan/blower in HVAC failed and was replaced) within 20 minutes. AC was back up and working in less than 1 hour.

There isn't anyone else in the area I would trust to maintain my system.

No, they won't email invoices and you need to call the office to pay by credit card, but that's a small price to pay for responsive and competent service. I know if there is a problem with my HVAC they'll be right there to deal with it.

Other reviews have commented on the rude office manager. They're not wrong, she doesn't suffer fools lightly and isn't going to waste her time calling your client/contractor/co-owner/whatever for you. I, however, have had nothing but pleasant conversation with her.

Figure out what you need, call their office to schedule the work and they'll get it done.

AC was blowing hot air, called this morning and service tech was out in no time. Found the problem(capacitor, and low freon) and repaired immediately. Thank you! This is the first company I used after we bought the place, have had them here a few times the last 10 years. Last year we had a problem but they weren't available immediately, so I called another, but never again, other said our AC needed to be recharged but they couldn't do it, just tried to make us buy a new system.
Learned my lesson about calling the other local one, never again!

We love our Mitsubishi Inverter units, both in my studio, and now in the house. These really rescued us out of a good deal of misery in this unreasonably hot summer, and we're grateful Steve's crew could make time for the installation in the house. I am still waiting for a service call to install the insulated pipe for venting my kiln...hopefully that happens soon.

We have had service work with this business twice in the past. Both times were great experiences, fast and fair. Exceeded our expectations. Just called them again, no heat, winter. Hope it is the same experience. Showed up fast, furnace fixed same day. Highly recommend!!! AAA+++

They came to our house very quickly. They knew it was hot and we had no A/C. I told the guy who came that I was worried that the problem was the heat pump and I had heard that they were around $10000.00. So I was pleasantly surprised and very happy to find out that they could have it fixed in about 30 minutes for around $400. Seems very inexpensive to have someone come to my house and fix the problem for that price. I will always recommend Quincy Heating and Air Awesome staff!!!

Quincy Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. is as busy as busy gets. For good reason. They are excellent. Steven runs a wonderful business. First, they showed up on time at my home!! That's a Wow! They replaced my old furnace and A/C with a team of 4 of the nicest guys who worked so quietly I barely knew they were in my home. And when they left, my home was as clean as they found it. Maybe cleaner because they cleared away all the cobwebs behind the old furnace. Love these guys! And a shout-out to the wonderful woman who answers calls and follows up to get the ball rolling for customers who need help. Thank you!!

Owner came out to give me a retrofit estimate and being that I am in the HVAC industry myself I’m very picky. I received a 30 day quote two days after visit with three different efficiency options, everything was all itemized for each efficiency rating option listing rebates or no rebates. Listed model numbers for everything. Very open and honest business with nothing to hide. When I asked about financing he stated they do not do financing because he feels financing takes advantage of the customer costing them sometimes double the cost of the system in the long run. He definitely showed he puts customers first.

I was disappointed with the level of service I received. Two individuals were sent—an older gentleman and a younger one who appeared to be in training. Given that the service is billed at $125 per hour, I expected the time to be used efficiently. However, it felt as though the hour was unnecessarily prolonged. The older technician left TWICE to “go to the office” to retrieve items, each trip taking approximately 8 minutes round-trip, which significantly reduced the time spent on the actual job. Meanwhile, the younger individual, who seemed inexperienced and unsure, was left behind and unable to effectively continue the work. Overall, I did not feel that the service provided was worth the hourly rate.
