Horrible experience. I inquired about EV charger installation, after several days of them going back and forth over email about who should provide me the estimate I finally got some numbers, I asked to clarify a couple of things, after which they replied that they refuse to work with me because I'm asking too many questions and they cannot continue answering my questions and prefer not to work with me (?!) 🤷♂️. I was left speechless, never seen a service provider treating their customers like this before.

I called to inquire about the light in my bathroom that all of a sudden refused to turn on. I called around 10 am . They said if it works they can have someone in my area later that afternoon. I said that would be great. They charge a hour minimum and since it took him about 10 min to fix the bathroom light ( he had parts with him that happened to go bad) I asked if he could also install the nest thermostat. He said he usually doesn't do anything with low voltage thermostat but he will take a look. He also installed that in about 20 min. Very polite, efficient, timely. He preferred a check as he didn't have a card reader with him which was not a problem for me but it sounds like if I didn't have a check they would have made it work somehow.

Tughan Electric did an awesome job. They were professional, on time, friendly, and did great work. I had them add outlets, a chandelier, and upgrade some switches to smart switches. Everything was done exactly as I hoped and there was no need for any drywall repair! I highly recommend them and will use them again if needed in the future.
