Technician came out exactly when promised, friendly and professional, gave me a quote for the work but also suggested I consider whether at that cost it made more sense to replace my very old dishwasher. He then recommended a local appliance warehouse that he said had excellent service (which proved to be very true) and then charged me just a modest fee for the call. I really respect the professional attitude and the fact that he could have sold me on $650 of repairs but didn't when he knew that.would be the best option for me.

Ron with ProAppliance Technicians is the best. He has been to our house twice now (for different appliances/issues). He gets to the root of the issue, explains options, and does what it takes to get the job done right!

Connor from Pro Appliances was amazing! He addressed the main problem competently and quickly. He made sure I understood the costs and helped me with questions I had about the longevity of the appliance and whether the repair was in our best interest. Subzeros can be a bit hard to fix on your own, and I wouldn’t hesitate to use this company again. He even gave me tips about how to make my other appliances last longer.
