I contacted Kadin Guzman as a referral from a neighbor to install new outdoor light fixtures. I am very satisfied with the work. Kadin was punctual as well as knowledgeable and courteous. He was very helpful . He was even nice enough to replace an outdoor outlet at no charge which was unrelated to the installation for which I had hired him. I will definitely contact In Charge Home Electric for any future electrical work.

In Charge Home Electric is awesome. I highly recommend them. (We had smoke detectors installed). The customer service team was very responsive as far as setting up the work, and the two technicians who came to the house were quick, thorough and professional. Also, my dog and cat liked both guys and they are never wrong.

Troy and Kadin did an outstanding job installing a new power source for a device in my back yard and I am very happy with the results! They were both very professional and went above and beyond answering my questions and were prompt in getting back to me. I recommend them very highly for any electrical issue, and I will definitely call upon them again for my next project.

Troy and Kadin replaced my electrical panel, upgraded my service to 200 amp, and installed a couple new circuits. When I was gathering estimates, I ended up choosing them because of their professional and friendly approach, good communication, and competitive cost, and I made the right choice. During the job, they paid attention to my specific needs, remained transparent and honest throughout the entire process, and followed through. They encountered some unforeseen challenges which extended the job duration, but they handled them well and stayed until everything was complete and safe. Their work ethic is outstanding, they stand behind their work, and I’m very happy with the results.

They installed the new wires for our kitchen and even helped us to clean up the messy area under the panel that the previous team left us with. How wonderful are they! We had multiple outlets not working in my house. I called ICHE yesterday afternoon. Kadin and his colleague came this morning, so promptly. They were polite, experienced and professional. They found problems right way and quickly fixed them. The charge is very reasonable compared to tge work they did. I recommend ICHE without any reservations. ONE OF THE BEST CONTRACTING EXPERIENCES I HAVE EVER HAD. Amazing, prompt, knowledgeable, and respectful! Had 2 bathroom wall lamps that went out and didn't have the skill to put them up. They replied right away, inquired about the project and pictures, and were able to come by in a few days! On time and wonderful communication, and such an asset to the WA state electrical community. In and out in an HOUR, took out all the packaging from the new lamps, got rid of the old, just was an absolute joy to have in my home. 20 outta ten, would call again.

This morning around 4am woke up due to being cold. Attempted to reset circuit went to AI which listed a couple of nearby reliable electricians. Left a message at 'In Charge Home Electric' to see if they could fit me into their schedule. It was past 8:00am so we scheduled for 10:00. Troy arrived and diagnosed the problem, fixed it, educated me on how to prevent further problems and I'm writing this review at 10:40.
I had overloaded the circuit with a portable heater and electric blanket. The plug in was fried and if not for the circuit breaker I would have woke up to flames or not woking up at all, along with my neighbors since we live in a multi-family home.
To say I am grateful is an incredible understatement and we will be getting all of our electrical work done by this company.

Troy who came to provide the price quote was very knowledgeable and even took the time to share extra information with me. Later, I scheduled a project for outlet replacements and light installation. The technicians, Kadin and his colleague, completed the job efficiently and with great quality. I’ll definitely call them again for my next project.

Had an EV charger installed by them and didn't have any issues. The install location was far from the breaker, but they were able to do it in a few hours. They were efficient and professional.

Got many different quotes for this install and their pricing was very fair.

Troy and Kadin installed a manual transfer switch with a mechanical interlock to safely attach a portable generator to my home electrical panel during power outages. They arrived at the appointed time, worked quickly and professionally, and completed the installation at the cost promised, which was very reasonable. They then taught me how to properly and safely use the plug and switches they had installed.
When the generator I had ordered arrived, I discovered it needed a different type of plug than the one they had installed. I called Troy and he and Kayden came the next day and changed the receptacle for me at no additional cost. I couldn’t be more satisfied with their services.

Reach out to In Charge Home Electric via email about some work I needed doing. They responded very quickly asking for some photos of my power panel. After a few emails back and forth about the scope of work. In Charge Home Electric provided a flat fee to replace my power panel, add a generator interlock, generator outlet and EV outlet. Price was very competitive.

Once I signed the work order (online). They scheduled me in for the work. Fast and efficient.

Day of work. I received text messages that the Kadin, Troy and another guy (sorry I forgot his name) were on their way and when they arrived. We had a quick chat about what was involved and if I had any questions.

When talking to Kadin and Troy throughout the day. Very professional and down to earth guys.

All the work was completed to a very high standard.
