I called to schedule a service and the person answering the phones was extremely rude. I ended up declining the appointment due to their initial fees, and he harrassed me via text. Very unprofessional and completely uncalled for behavior

Went in to the showroom for my kitchen remodel. Lady at the front desk kept taking phone calls rather give the customer in front of her so much as a minute of time. Not impressed.

They're always helpful to plumber contractors this is not the place for DIY Chuck the managers a good guy and the front desk help is excellent along with the showroom plus you can always see Fred next door for heating and air needs

Do yourself a favor and go to another Keller showroom, or infact anywhere else. The showroom staff are dismissive and boorish! Ignore the entry sign that welcomes patrons and encouraging asking questions, the persons there would rather take calls than talk to customers, and when you finally get a response from them you are welcomed with dismissive belittling behavior.

If I could give this company -10 zeros I would. My husband and I were in there this afternoon. They couldn’t even be bothered to help us. They were two people in the office. They both totally ignored us. Maybe we didn’t look like their kind of customers. Remember The movie Pretty Woman when Julia Roberts tried to get help in an expensive dress store. That was exactly how we felt. She was completely ignored because she didn’t look the part then Richard Gere comes by with his credit card and says too bad you weren’t nice to her. She had a lot of money to spend as did we. Please don’t give this store your Business!

Keller has a nice Redmond showroom upstairs from their will-call desk. We worked with Jada to specify our Delta and Moen trim for existing tub and shower upgrades. She helped us get the best price possible, even matching online prices in some cases. Jada was a pleasure to work with. We will be returning to Keller for our next project!

Ram and the team at 1-800 Plumber worked quickly and efficiently to replace my old water heater. The technician’s plumbing work and attention to detail exceeded expectations with the install. Very positive experience with Ram and 1-800- Plumber+Air. Freddy quickly diagnosed the issue. Submitted approval request to AHS along with supporting documentation. Upon approval, made needed repairs including several new parts. Great repair and great company 👍

We went through the home warranty people and Luis was the technician that they assigned to do the work. They came out much faster than the other companies would have.
