Dryer vent cleaning! Huge gobs of 10 plus year old lint that surely posed a fire hazard in my Senior Living mobile home. Sam was awesome. Answered all my silly questions and let me take photos for my daughter. (This was her suggestion) I'm testing a new load of fresh laundry as we speak.
I found them via a coupon ad for $85 for the service. I probably didn't read the fine print as this ended up being a heck of alot more. Way more. ICest' la vie.

Big fan! They have incredible machinery that digs hair, junk, and stains out of the carpet. How in the world can my 30+ year old carpet look like new? Prices are reasonable, service is great!

I had duct cleaning, shower restoration and carpet cleaning done by these guys. They were such good value for money that I would go back to them any time I need any of those services again. They are good people doing good business.

I want to give a big shout out to Hunter and Hydra Clean NW. I promptly received a quote for my area rugs and the cleaning was scheduled within 2 business days. He showed up when he said he was going to with a text saying he was in his way. These were old area rugs I had rolled up for ages because every quote I received was astronomical. They were all thrift shop finds so I wasn’t precious about them, and now they are clean and bright again. Thanks Hunter!

Hydra Clean was wonderfully responsive, when I asked about how to keep the technician safe, since a family member had Covid. They got the job done swiftly and professionally — and we no longer fear clogged dryer vets starting a fire!

Hydra Clean did a fantastic job! Cleaned and armchair that had quite a few stains as well as several wool throw rugs and two couches. We highly recommend them.

My only regret is that I didn’t have a before photo. The area rug in our living room is so clean now! Rene did an awesome, thorough, and quick cleaning of my area rug and stairs. He was done even before the window scheduled for him to arrive!! I can’t say enough good things about Hydra Clean Northwest!

Good experience overall. I appreciate the technician communicating issues he observed and possible remedies. The only thing that kinda felt wrong is the option to "add tip: 10%, 15%, ..." when paying for the service. I understand that it is optional. But it also suggests that a tip is expected, and I am just not sure that I agree with this approach. We tip at restaurants and barber shops. Are we expected to tip when buying a bag of coffee beans? What about babysitters, music teachers, landscapers, Amazon delivery people...? I mean, where does it end?

Should you ask for additional service onsite, Hydra Clean will quote a price on the spot, and refrain from pressure to "upsell."

Bjorn was excellent, he came and did a free video inspection of the ducts, gave us a competitive price and was even able to come a little early and got the work done efficiently. We will be using Hydra Clean in the future for repeat cleanings.

Wanted some rugs cleaned and they provided a very reasonable price. We were looking to have them refreshed to get your normal grime out.

It took them about 30mins to clean our rugs. They look and smell sooo much better and they got a TON of pet hair out. This is our second time using them.

The service provided was the shower restoration package. Bjorn is top notch and so professional, taking the time to explain the service, identity other potential areas to address, and answering all questions. I’ve used Hydra Clean NW on multiple occasions for carpet cleaning and have been equally satisfied with that service. I highly recommend their services.

Everything was explained to us in advance, which was helpful. It appears as though all stains have been removed. As it dries the carpet should become brighter. I have expensive white carpets throughout my entire home, minus the wood floors, and tiled bathrooms. I also have a dog that had incontinence. She is now on medication that is !preventing the problem. My carpets will be completely dry to the touch within 2 to 3 hours. I will never use any other capet cleaner in the future. It will always be HYDRA CLEAN NORTHWEST. Sam did a wonderful job.

Rene was really really thorough and now our carpet looks almost brand new!! I wasn't expecting much because our carpet was kinda gross but I'm really impressed. He was also a lot faster than I anticipated, I would definitely book another job in the future.
