I purchased a water heater from this business. It was a challenging installation as it was external. The installers were wonderful, professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. They worked late on a very cold evening to make sure we had water before they left. The office was responsive to calls and questions. Overall I would highly recommend this business.

Freddy and (didn't get the other technician's name), but they were great to deal with. They had our new hot water tank installed in no time at all. They cleaned everything up, left the room so much cleaner than it was. Freddy explained all that was done and how to adjust the tank. I could go on, but if you need any plumbing needs, please give Plumber + Air a call you will not be disappointed!!!!!

Great experience! Freddy was the technician who fixed our plumbing issue. He arrived early in the time window given to us, was professional, efficient, and now everything works better than when we moved in. We're also very grateful they were able to come so quickly, especially since it's less than a week before Christmas. Highly recommend!

I recently had my toilet repaired by 1-800-Plumber +Air company I was very impressed. They did a great job fixing the issue. The technician showed up on time and responded to my initial request promptly. He was very professional, answered all my questions throughly, and explained the work process clearly. I bought a new build home that came with an AO Smith water heater… lasted 2 years until it started acting up. 1-800-Plumber + Air was assigned by my home warranty company and they were quick to come out and explain the faults with my specific unit and what options to pursue. While AO Smith is limited on warranty claim options since I didn’t have an error code, they did offer a new control board which was installed today. Freddy has been my tech both times and I couldn’t be more happy with his service and communication. Straightforward, friendly, and knowledgeable. He’s an asset to the 1-800-Plumber + Air team!

Ali is an excellent plumber and I cannot recommend him enough. We have had many plumbing issues over the years living in old houses with four kids and now grandkids, and with the retirement of our old plumber several years ago, have tried in vain to find even a decent replacement until now. So happy Ali and his company worked on our house because we have finally found an excellent plumbing company with experienced people and plan on using them for years to come!
