I just wanted to say I truly had a good experience with these guys. They're good people and work really hard.

The process with them was very easy. I sent photos of the mold in my home and they quickly responded with an estimate and answered all my questions. It was easy to communicate and schedule time with them.

During the repair, they were very professional and patiently explained to me what was the possible source of the mold, identifying the plumbing issue that was the likely source of it. He helped coordinate a plumber who fixed it the same day. They removed the drywall, treated the mold, and then repaired it all in the same day.

I was very satisfied with their service and honesty. The big boy plumbers wanted to do 4x the amount of work which wasnt necessary.

I would not hesitate to contact water restoration pros for any future work and highly recommend them to others!

Water Restoration Pros charged us a small fee for a couple of hours work assessing our water leak challenges and the resulting damages. Then they made some sound recommendations, including a referral to an expert plumber. They saved us thousands of dollars in costs, plus damage to our house, along with bother and distraction. If we would have followed the advice from the first plumber we happened to contact, we would still not know where our leak originates, plus would have a useless and expensive hole in an outside wall. The gentlemen from WRP were super patient in explaining what we were dealing with and what we could/should do about it, and were a joy to be around. People!
