Corey did a great job getting the repair done and our dishwasher reinstalled.

Tech was great. Courteous, knowledgeable, diagnosed and fixed the dishwasher problem right away.

Multiple appointments were cancelled. Their $219 appointment fee is ridiculous, especially as it doesn’t cover actually fixing anything. It’s quicker and cheaper to just buy a new fridge.

When they showed up, they were on time and very respectful of my home. When it came to the repairs, the technician was friendly, very knowledgeable and quick in their repairs. If you need any appliance repairs I would absolutely recommend Sir Visser Appliance Repair.

Expensive for simple fixes.

Replacing my cold water inlet valve involved a 15 minute diagnostic, order the part, and then a 15 minute install. Whole process took a week and a half and cost me $440 bucks for a part you can buy for $67 online from LG. Quality of work was good, communication could be better.

Sir Visser has been so helpful, I called and they got me scheduled the same day! turns out my drain hose was just kinked and they got a new one for me by the next morning and came out. Quick and easy scheduling with a very knowledgeable service technician. He efficiently repaired the appliance he came out for and then confirmed my suspicions that another of my appliances was not worth repairing and fixed me up with one of the amazing salespeople at their sister company Metropolitan Appliance. Jim at Met appliance hit all the angles and I ended up with a much better microwave than I started with at a ridiculously low price. I love these people.
