I had a loose gutter and they came out and added a screw. I asked “how much do I owe you?” And they said “no charge” because it was such a quick fix. I couldn’t believe it. They have certainly earned my future business.

Called to get a quote the lady took my info then informed me a third party person would contact me later. Saying this is the busiest time of day. Couldn’t give me the name of the office person who would call or a time frame. Lost the business before they could even bid cause the lady on the phone had no answers. As a contractor that just ridiculous.

I found All About Gutters / Gutterglove of WA, LLC on YouTube where Steve has posted very informative videos which sealed my decision to have them install our gutters. The installation crew was very professional and got the job done in two days, with some fairly challenging gutters due to the height of our home. I love the clean look of the Gutterglove and the heavy duty hardware that is used to attach the gutters. Steve stands behind his work and made recommendations regarding how to improve our gutter set up even before we awarded him our business. We are very impressed and highly endorse them.

UPDATE: We have asked Steve to do a few modifications since the initial install and he has been super responsive and has provided excellent service. His crew actually used a leaf blower on our deck after our last modification. This was not necessary, but was a truly professional touch.

I have a leaking problem on a part of the roof edge for years. I had the gutter cleaned three times a year, had the plumber to drain the pipes and removed the tree next to it. Every one said the gutter was intact and there was nothing they could do. Finally I decided to change the gutter even though I was told it's fine. I'm so grateful that Steve responded quickly and fixed it in a few days. The work was done swiftly and the ground was clean. Today I checked it in the rain, the leaking is completely gone! I really appreciate the team's expertise and professionalism.

I recently hired Steve and his team at All About Gutters to do our condominium community. Steve's team was punctual, worked hard, got the job done sooner than anticipated, and we are absolutely pleased with the work. They fixed some bent gutters, installed flashing around all our units, cleaned gutters, and deep cleaned our roofs. Best gutter cleaning in last 22 years! Cleaned the gutters, washed all debris out, cleaned the downspouts. Some of the drain pipes were clogged and they even cleaned them out. First time ever by a gutter cleaning company. Replaced a few hangers so gutters were properly sloped. Also first time ever. Quick, efficient, and very good communications too. And they are very reasonable - especially for all the work they accomplished.

Highly recommended - will not use anyone else as long as I live here.

I contacted Steve and first had him and his crew replace a 1/4 of the gutters on my house, but after that job I just had him replace ALL the gutters on my house. From the quality of the work and attention to detail, to the type of parts they use from a professional supply house, All About Gutters did a great job. I'm a prolific home improver (name it, I've done everything to my house save a few odds and ends). So I feel pretty good about my inspection of the quality of the work done, and it blew away the leaky job the first gutter guy had done. Twice the number of screws holding things together, actually downspout cleats...all the right stuff instead of janky fabricated stuff. Super solid installation. And the crew is super nice, made sure every time that I was happy before they left and did a great job with clean up. Only thing is you have to be patient: good help is hard to find these days, and Steve and crew are really busy. I highly recommend All About Gutters for gutter replacement and services.

Would recommend! I had another company come out to quote me for gutters and try to over sell. Jim came out to give me a second opinion and not only explained to me what I needed but didn’t push any more than what my house was designed for having. Went with the gutter guard and had the team install the gutters in a few hours with tear down of the old gutters. Reasonable price and excellent service.

All About Gutters replaced our old gutters, downspouts and added gutter screens to problem areas. The new gutters look and work great! This company exceeded my expectations with workmanship, pricing and after sale support.

Steve and his crew did a great job on our new gutter/gutter guards job last month. Steve came out to the house to give us an estimate. He took the time to explain all the details and gave us multiple gutter options. His quote was literally half of the price of our first quote, and about $2k less than our second quote from other companies. Honestly, it was so much cheaper that it made me a bit hesitant, especially since he doesn’t have many online reviews (granted, the ones on here and Yelp are all very positive…there just aren’t hundreds/thousands of them like the other companies we got quotes from). However, he seemed like a super honest/likable guy, so we pulled the trigger…and I’m glad we did! The crew was very kind/respectful and took pride in their work. The whole job was completed in one business day. Plus, it only took about 3-4 days for them to start the project, once I told Steve we were proceeding. Aesthetically, the new gutters look great. It finally started raining this week, so I can report that they also function properly (it’s too soon to really comment on the gutter guards though). I’m so glad I took a chance on Steve’s company, and I’ll recommend him to others. Thanks for a job well done and for saving us thousands, Steve!

Steve and his team did a phenomenal job with a repair I needed. Great communication and reasonable pricing. Good customer service is hard to find these days, Steve was top notch!

Please do not use this company. They are not monitoring the work of the team sent to complete the service. The manager is hard to communicate with. He is very defensive and combative. The prices they are asking to half clean is outrageous. Please call anywhere but smart cleaning janitorial if you want decent quality let alone price worthy services.

If I could give them no stars I would. This company is ran by a man named Sifredo and he is not equipped to run a business let alone manage one. His team was cancelled from my property due to not doing their job and being caught on camera several times not doing their job, He required a 30 day cancellation and after being asked to do a better job until they are done with their service he decided to cancel immediately without trying to improve the business relationship. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are not a good company. Use bleach boys.
