Mountain Valley Heating & A/C replaced our two fifty gallon electric water heaters with one tankless gas water heater. From the time we had them come out and give us a bid to the completion of the job we were very impressed. We feel like they did a fantastic job, and their price was very competitive. We would recommend this Company to anyone.

We've gone through Mountain Valley for furnace, water heater, and new air conditioning installation. There were no issues with the work, and inspections went smoothly. They're true professionals - respectful, knowledgeable, and consistently excellent.

We were having an issue with our 19 year-old furnace, so I called Mountain Valley for a bid on a new furnace, based on their excellent online reviews. I was also particularly interested in an American Standard furnace. Jim, the person they sent to us, was not only a salesman but also a technician. He immediately diagnosed the problem with our old system, which had not been properly installed in the first place. He gave us several options, with definite prices, and answered several questions from me via email in a quick and detailed manner. I was surprised how quickly the install was scheduled after we committed to it. The installer was great, and Jim came by to assist. We are quite happy with the new furnace, and with Mountain Valley, and will probably have them add a heat pump in the future.
