I contacted Tony during the evening one night and he was at my house the next day at 7:30am to give me a quote. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. He performed a final grade in my backyard with a sloped curve away from the house and made it so smooth and functional. I would recommend using them to anyone who wants to get the work done and get it done right.

I hired Precision Landscaping for black berry removal and land clearing. I am building a shop but my property was overgrown with not just generations of black berries but old growth as well. I attempted to clear it myself but reached my limitations. Tony came out and I gave him an idea of what I wanted cleared out. Tony was able to give me a quote and explained to me what he could accomplish with said quote.

I’m very satisfied with the work Tony did. I do not believe I saw Tony take a break. His work ethic is impressive in a time when it is difficult to hire good help. Moreover I not only have my land back but now I have an area for my shop to be built! Tony was able to remove the blackberry roots and grade the area to the best that area could be graded. I have highly soft soil.

We hired Precision Landscape LLC to do a driveway repair for our fairly long gravel alley that had accumulated numerous potholes over the winter. They did a stellar job, regrading the entire length and laying down a smooth new gravel surface, at a fantastic price! Before/after photos attached.

We had a great experience with Tony at Precision Landscaping. We needed a yard cleanup, gravel installation, and sod installation. He was very knowledgeable and gave us good information both before the job and after when it was completed. We also hired him to install lumber around our fence to fill gaps so our friend’s dog wouldn’t be able to get out and it looks so good! I included a photo of that fence. He was good at communicating with us and everything was done very well. Will definitely be hiring him again.

My wife and I had a fantastic experience working with Tony from Precision Landscape LLC in early October 2023. A large section of our backyard was taken over with various plants/grass and sticker bushes and Tony was able to turn it back into a blank slate for us.

I had Tony come out to regrade and fix my driveway that had potholes and looked neglected for years. Tony was very professional and did an amazing job. The before and after photos speak for themselves. He dug up the old gravel added new gravel compacted and sloped the gravel using a laser level for proper drainage.He did an amazing job at a great price. He delivered on everything he said he would do. I would recommend him to anyone I know and I’ll be keeping his phone number if any other projects come up where his expertise would be needed.

We needed some serious work done in the backyard. The old grass had to go, the ground needed to be leveled, and then new sod installed. I started Googling, looking for companies or people who handle that kind of thing. On April 1st, he called and said they’d be here that Friday and would finish the job in two days. We have a 0.20-acre backyard, and it was a lot of work. But they showed up, did everything they said they would, and finished on time. The result? Incredible. The yard looks amazing. No surprises, no extra charges—the estimate he gave was spot on.
On top of that, Tony mentioned he can come back every year to aerate the lawn and fertilize the sod—at a discounted rate for being a client. It’s great to know we have someone reliable we can count on to help keep it looking its best.
