Professional, friendly, fast service. Don’t look for anyone else I already did and they have the best prices and value anywhere. This is the second time we have used this company and we wouldn’t use anyone else. They are absolutely the best of the best. Excellent service great prices and customer service you can’t beat. We needed an upgrade on our air conditioning unit we called on a Saturday and they had a new unit for our home put in on Monday. The service men that came to our home were so professional and knowledgeable. They explained everything to use ahead of time explaining how our unit would work how it worked and how our home reacted to the temperature outside. Did I mention they put it in on a day we had record breaking temperatures over 101 in Snohomish WA. Thank You Roger and Donna and there crew is the best!

We always appreciate the great service we have gotten from you over the last few years. You show up when you say you will be here and the service is exceptional. We look forward to many more years of doing business with you.

Andrew came for my 6 month inspection on the HVAC system they installed to make sure everything was running smoothly. He opened things up, and checked everything out and gave me the thumbs up! It's reassuring going in to winter that I've had it looked at, and that he's a phone call away!

Did a preventive Maintenance check, did a thorough diagnostic test and replaced capacitors

Their staff are friendly, but, unreliable. I've scheduled them multiple times over the past six months and every time they either don't show up without so much as a call or they call to reschedule me in favor of "more important" jobs.

I'm writing this review three hours after they were scheduled to arrive today. They didn't show up and never called me. I tried calling the office several times and there was no answer. None of this is any indication that I can trust them as a company.

Installed a defective heat pump and are unwilling to rectify the situation.they are happy to come and charge for repairs but can't fix the ongoing problem. Had them out 3 years in a row whenever it gets cold and after a couple thousand dollars in repairs still can't use heat pump.their solution is to replace a 3 year old pump with a 10 year warranty with a $6000.00 new one.they are now totally unresponsive and ignore any attemp to contact them.

Update: AC works now as it should, was a pound of refrigerant low and a low pressure switch installed, fixed professionally and explained thoroughly by a different company. Maybe as the owner of your company you could have just fixed my unit instead of trying to sell me a new one!!!! :) ;)

My ac freezes up within 5 minutes no matter outside temperature, called these guys and within 10 minutes their tech said don't turn on your ac when it's cold, charged me and left, so now I have an appointment with a different company to see why my ac freezes up every time it comes on, will follow up after.

Since November 2024 we have been trying to get ahold of AJs to address the heat pump that was installed in our Clayton Manufactured home. We’ve talked to an admin a couple times with no follow up.

We used the online scheduling option and got a confirmation that a tech would be out on a specific day/time. That never happened.

We need someone to actually contact us and schedule maintenance asap. When we call, we rarely get through and are sent to a voicemail that is not checked.

Zero stars for this company. Like Katherine Lechner we had a Clayton Homes house installed with the heat pump. As soon as the heat outside was getting up there the AC would not start up. At first they said they had to order some parts and would get back with us. I was patient for a month, trying to call them and no answer. I called Clayton Homes for help with it. I also discovered that their business LIC. has expired as a matter of fact it expired 7 days after they installed our HVAC. as soon as I realized they didn't have a business LIC I scheduled a local HVAC company to come out and they were recommended by Bosch. My unit had a clog in the drip pipe and the technician quickly located the problem and had the AC running in about 10 min. So I paid the other contractor and I expect to be reimbursed by either AJ's or Clayton Homes. wish me luck
