Reviews of local pros in Richland, Washington

We recently had Double J install a new drain field and septic tank. The crew that was on site doing the work was top notch. They were professional, kept us apprised of the status of work, and called us out to witness key steps/tests. Understanding that this is a busy season , I was aware that there would be fluctuations in scheduling and timing of inspections. I personally would have preferred increased communication from the management team regarding progression of the project. Overall, I would recommend them and would hire them if any we needed their services in the future.

We had the BEST 5 STAR experience with Double J Excavating when they replaced our septic system in Kennewick. They were so great to work with, and they had everything coordinated and scheduled to a "T"! This was a very large system, and they handled everything from A-Z. They left the property in a clean state ready for seed. The whole Double J Team were all so nice and knowledgeable about what they were doing, and such very very hard workers from sunup to sundown. I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs this kind of work done. GREAT company!!!

I have really enjoyed working with Double J. They are really good at what they do and have amazing equipment to ensure that the job is done right. I highly recommend them for any excavation job.

I highly recommend Double J. They installed a new engineered septic system. They got us on the schedule quick and sent us a very detailed timeline of what to expect. Their price was very competitive with any other bids we had received. KariAnne, Kenneth, and the whole crew were very professional, easy to deal with and were quick to answer any questions. It felt like they really went above and beyond to make this project go as smoothly as possible. The install looked great, and they left yard ready for landscape.

We had a great experience with Double J! Our project manager was a wonderful communicator, and she was very down to earth and helped us understand the full project. The excavation crew were professional and the foreman was very nice and checked in with us multiple times. The digger and bulldozer did a bit of damage to some of our tree branches and to our concrete garden border, but I’m not sure it was avoidable given the extent of the project. Wonderful experience with this company, and I would highly recommend them.

Big thanks to KariAnne and the AMAZING crew: Kenneth, Salvador, Jose and Eddie! I had a great experience from start to finish because you all made the process of replacing my septic tank EASY! Everyone I worked with at Double J was professional, courteous, kind, caring, and excellent at their jobs. They arrived, got to work, solved problems as they came up and worked hard to make sure the job was done with excellence. I have not encountered such an amazing crew before who could do the job and also had the people skills and customer service to make you feel as though they truly cared about their customers. Thanks for your great work, help, and overall professionalism. I will always recommend you to those who need your services! You also came highly recommended and did not disappoint!

Highly recommended!!! Double J is one of the best excavation and utilities company you will ever find!
Paul is best equipment operator and very knowledgeable pipe layer! CJ is the kind hearted foreman and very people friendly. He will go above and beyond expected from him!!! Jonathan is the best skid steer operator you will find in town!! Always smiles, friendly and gets the job done!!! Jorden and Calvin(owners of double J) two amazing brothers and true believers in Jesus Christ!!! They stand behind their work 100% Highly recommended!!! Fair prices and 100% customer satisfaction!!! God bless you guys, your families and your business!!!

We hired Double J Excavating to remove 13 tree stumps from our property of 3 acres, one stump was very large. Alex and his crew showed up right on time and within 2 hours had the job completed, the stumps loaded up for removal and brought us in a load of dirt for filling the holes where the stumps came out! The price charged for this work was very reasonable. Everyone was professional and they had all the necessary equipment to get this job done in a timely manner. We HIGHLY recommend their work and we will certainly use Double J Excavating again! Thank you Alex. Bob and Barb in Badger Canyon.

Helpful and fast

By far the best thing experience and prices you’ll ever get!!! The owner is the absolute sweetest lady got me in same day even though they schedule was super busy ( I know why now). The gentleman that came was super good guy and honest! They don’t try to upcharge you or make it so you have to have multiple visits! I’ll never go anywhere else! Hands down the best

Love this company

We have used them for years! Great team, really friendly and personable!

Rose Hart has been my choice for pest control for many years.
They arrived on time and did the job.

These guys are THE BEST. Great work, care about the customer, respectful of the property and more than willing to return for the bad bugs within the guaranteed time period. And the price—it is the best. No one else in the market comes close to this service. Happy Thanksgiving Mike, John and Brian! 🦃

It was a pleasure speaking with Joanna Hart—she’s incredibly thorough and provides excellent information about the treatment. I truly enjoy working with Rose Hart Pest Control; they’re hands down one of the best in the Tri-Cities!

This is by far the only place I will only use for pest control. They have great prices but more than that the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I have used them several times and each time I have been blown away by their staff.
Also they have the perk of being able to support a local small business.
Best option in tri-cites by far.

Excellent spot to take the family when planting season comes around. Quaint place with local charm. Decent selection of gardening and landscaping supplies.

Love Wood's Nursery for their knowledge and selection. Walking into their nursery is like walking into a well maintained garden. Their staff is great to work with.

The staff is knowledgeable, which is important to me AND they carry a wide variety of plants. This is my go to nursery when looking for new, healthy stock.

The nursery was well stocked with the plants I was looking for. Also there are people you can ask for questions and/help in locating any plants/trees.

Walked all around the grounds and even though there were many staff people around was not greeted the whole time I was there. Pricing high, can find better deals at other local nuseries...and you will get a hello too.
