EasyFix was exactly what we needed when our refrigerator stopped working. They responded promptly, communicated well, came to our house and fixed the problem at a very reasonable price. Their follow-up was top notch, checking in the next day to make sure all was well. Professional, polite, efficient. 5 stars without any doubt!

I called EasyFIX when my 8 year old Whirlpool refrigerator started making noises. I figured it was the compressor getting ready to go out but their technician, Rustam diagnosed it as a freon leak that had caused the condensers to completely frost over. We made an appointment for him to come out the next day and replace the condenser.

We emptied the fridge and unplugged it well before he was scheduled to arrive but when he got there, he told me they didn't have the necessary parts. This can happen but I do think they should have confirmed this before setting the appointment.

Anyway, he came the very next morning and replaced the leaking condenser. The fridge is up and running and all is well. Except for the issue with the parts being out of stock, they were very professional and Rustam seemed very knowledgeable and competent. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing appliance repair.

They did a great job and got our 20+ year old refrigerator back up and running like new. Always called ahead to let us know when they would be here, arrived on time. After evaluating what was needed, got the needed part shipped quickly and installed in just a few days. Very professional company and happy to explain what was needed and why as he worked. Very recommended.

Had issue with built in refrigerator not keeping temperature. They came out the next day, diagnosed problem, and ordered part. Came back the next day (Saturday!) and fixed it. Fridge works great. Fast, effective, and courteous!

Great service!! Rustam repaired our leaking refrigerator at our cabin property in Cowlitz County. Historically, its been a real challenge to find reliable assistance for our rural home. We thank him and his office staff for their work! And, they even called a day later to check to be sure all was well. If the need should arise in the future for appliance repair, we will certainly use them again.

Great customer service, on time arrival, had the OEM parts we were looking for and did a quality job! Highly recommend. We had an older Jenn-air oven that needed a new igniter.

He explained what the issue to us well, he was respectful. He figured out complex issue and worked diligently taking apart half my refrigerator. The first time we had this issue a couple of years ago we got a different company to look at out refrigerator and he didn’t solve the issue, when this company came he solved after 3 hours and actually fixed the underlying issues. I would recommend this company and worker to everyone.

Went w this company because they were local to Ridgefield. Receptionist is extremely rude. Argumentative. Hung up on me after trying to guilt me about needing to cancel due to appliance no longer malfunctioning. Tried calling office back to say if it was that big of a deal to send the technician anyway just to find my number blocked by her? One of the most unprofessional experiences I’ve had, shocking based on their reviews.

I cannot express enough how professional this team is! From calling to schedule the appointment, to the repair taking place. We just got done with our second repair with them and Rustam was efficient, knowledgeable, and very kind. We will be using them for any of our future needs. Showed up on time. I didn't have to wait all day! They give you a time frame and later call you to give a more exact time. Friendly people. The man came in and went right to work. To my surprise, he had the parts with him! Went right to work after he showed me what the problems were. Here and fixed in 1 day! We dried 5 or 6 loads of laundry and the dryer worked perfectly. Don't know how long it will last, but for now, I am happy!

I ordered an oven repair. It burned everything you put in there. The technician quickly diagnosed the problem, ordered parts and said he would come tomorrow.
