These guys are now Krouse's electric Inc. I had a blown neutral and did all I could to find it (I thought) I called 3 other companies and Tim was the first to call me back. He could have gotten the guys out the next day but I was working shift work and had to schedule a couple days later. Tim said he'd have his guys out in the morning, and he meant it, they showed up bright and early, listened to what I did, second checked to verify, then started troubleshooting with the easiest stuff first and eventually had to get up into the attic and trace out a line to the last outlet I didn't think to even check (stupid easy fix after that) they were nice, professional, and had a mind for quickness and didn't want to run up a bill at all. Tim was up front about pricing on the phone which was nice, and the guys were in constant communication with the boss to troubleshoot and what to do next. Top notch service would definitely recommend to anyone to use these guys.

Excellent folks that resolved an issue properly, even after we discovered the issue was a bit more involved than initially anticipated. Would recommend, they'll get it fixed right.

So, I called because my boys had a mishap and absolutely smashed a ground floor outlet in my wife’s office. It was sparking and making the lights flicker. After cutting the power, I noticed it was pretty melted in the outlet and wasn’t sure how long her space would be down with that damage and I needed a professional. I called Krouse’s Electric last night and they were able to come this morning before a large job! Amazing turnaround in my opinion!
Needless to say, the wires and insulation were badly damaged when they first arrived, but they handled it flawlessly. They cut everything back to safe, cleaned copper, added proper pigtails, installed a new duplex outlet, and verified there were no downstream/upstream issues. Thorough, honest, and reliable. They are exactly the kind of electricians you want supporting your home. I’ll absolutely be using them again and think you should too.
