They completely re-did my parents laundry room and its amazing ! Walls painted perfectly, floors laid down great, and everything put back better than it was before !!!

Super helpful and fast! I had a ton of wood I needed hauled off the next day, and her team did not disappoint! I called last minute and KC was very kind! I even called again and she sent a team over the next day to help us out. I would recommend her and her team always! Thank you again KC!

Kaycee and her crew are the BEST! They took such good care of us and accommodated issues with the supplies that were provided. She is willing to work with anyone and goes above and beyond for her customers. She helped us with all of our doors and many other issues, she even hauled away some extra trash !

very friendly, easy to work with, and communication is amazing. Kaycee was able to build me a gate for my fence, clean up my yard, grind large stumps down, and clean my roof all within a couple weeks span. I will forever recommend her and her crew.

Y'all. I started ripping up these juniper bushes 18 months ago with some loppers and a borrowed hedge trimmer. Kc's Crew finished the job in 90 minutes.

Super responsive communication, easy to schedule with, obviously skilled, and they thoroughly cleaned up the mess (which is a huge to me).

Save your back, save your Saturdays, and just hire them.

This company started out doing great with my lawn. Very friendly and helpful. However, they cut my sprinkler line on May 15 and kept promising to come back. They have not done so. I also paid for them to replace my sprinkler heads at the same time. They were supposed to finish my gate. They have not done any off it as of today Sept 15. They keep saying they are coming, then don't. There is always an excuse. I've been more than patient and accommodating . They were supposed to apply hydroseed to my lawn. It is on my invoice. That was never done. Do not hire them for yard repair or a big project. I am very disappointed with the work received by them.

The owner did not exhibit professionalism after leaving this review. She left several texts and voice messages making accusations rather than attempting to make the deal right. The whole reason for the review is to warn other customers of the difficulties in working with this company. They were fine until May 15, then every appointment kept getting pushed to the following week or there was a no show. This lasted until June 20 when I had a painter come to my house. I then let her know I had someone painting my house. She chose to wait until he was finished. He was there every day for over a month until finished. On Aug 7th, I let her know he was finished. She said she would be in the following week, which of course she didn't show up. I reached out on Aug 20, she then claimed a bunch of family issues, and said she would come that Friday. Again, she did not come. On Aug 27th, she asked when she could come, said she didn't know where my gate set was and would have to relocate it. Gave a family excuse for not showing up. On Aug 29, she apologized due to not having enough workers or a babysitter. Said She would have me wrapped up in the next 10 days. On Sept 15, I decided to wash my hands and leave the review.

She did refund last night after I showed the texts of her reaction to my review. He advised me not to meet with her due to the hostility shown. After the refund, I told her our communication was finished. She then texted that she would file a restraining order against me.

The incident with my son, who is Autistic, was when her husband stopped by for a quote. He was overwhelmed with the new person and had an Autistic episode. He attempted to spit, which I blocked. They continued with the quote and accepted the job on April 15th.

The incident with my neighbor, case 25-1-01124-2, happened on 5/2. Another neighbor was able to find footage of the incident. It was submitted to the court. The judge dismissed the case without prejudice, because her story did not match what was in the footage.

Proceed with caution with this company.

Update- This crew took care of house and maintained the yard and landscaping until it sold. It was nice not to have to worry about all of this since we had to move out before it sold. They even told us to leave what we didn’t want and they would take care of it with a junk run. They followed through and everything looked amazing. Thanks so much KC Crew for taking so much of the stress out of our move! I would definitely recommend this company. They are honest, fair and reliable! I have added photos of how well maintained it stayed.
I can’t say enough about this company! We tried to get quotes for a spring clean up on the yard and other companies weren’t even showing up. Kc’s showed up promptly and gave us a fair competitive quote and finished in our time line. They did the yard clean up, fixed gaps in our garage door panels, repainted them and cleaned our roof and gutters. Best of all they didn’t leave a mess like the last company we had clean our roof. I also loved the communication with this company! I 100% recommend them! They did such a great job that we hired them to continue upkeep on our landscaping.
