My system is now cleaner, safer, and performing much better. He even checked combustion levels and gas pressure to make sure everything was optimized. Pathetic service! The technician rescheduled on me thrice (over three days) and still didn’t turn up. Customer service didn’t have answers. Can’t trust Hamilton when you have a dire need, for sure! Will never call them ever again!

Flaky. Explained my wife was 9 months pregnant when AC went out. Said they would come the next day. No call, no service, nothing. Don’t waste your time.

Called on Wednesday and was given a 3-6pm window. No call, no show. Called Thursday morning at 10:30 to see what was up. Was told that a manager would call me back. No call. Called again at 1:30pm to see what’s up. Was told technician was scheduled to come between 3-6 again. But without asking when would work for us. Ok…. Rearranged our schedule to fit the 3-6 window again and….. no call and no show.

This is after they convinced me to pay the $149 yearly fee to avoid the base charge of 125/visit.

No I’ll get the refund for $149 and wish I could charge them another $125 for missed appointment. That’s what should happen!

Heating out in 30-40 degree weather. Made appointment on Friday for 2-5 window on Monday. Sunday morning 7:30am missed the phone call for a weekend slot, but the phone wakes up kids. Called and texted back - no response. Come Monday no show for appointment. Receptionist states they tried to call me. Phone rang on Sunday but didn't on Monday. No missed calls. Can't take another half day for a no-show. Everybody else had great reviews, wish I did too, but a no-show and a no contact is unacceptable under our circumstances.

These folks were super responsive! I scheduled an appointment and I received a call first thing in the morning confirming my appointment and informing me of when a technician would be out to my home. The technician was very professional and knowledgeable! He narrated everything to me carefully and showed me the furnace parts that needed attention. I'm very pleased with these folks and I was impressed both times. Highly recommend!!

Completely new to the area and we just had our heater stopped working. Joe came out the same day and assessed the situation, he very quickly knew what the issue was and got a part located. The next day he picked up the necessary parts and came out to install them. I will definitely use this company again!!!

Each time, the technician explains the service performed and next action, if necessary. I am very pleased with every aspect of the service they provide.

I have tried many other HVAC repair and maintenance services. I rate Hamilton Heating & Cooling company as the best to work with. They always respond and come when they say they will. They are always straight forward with the issues and give you options. I have never felt over charged. Definitely give these guys a call the next time you need any HVAC service.

I called and spoke to a person named Chris in the morning to schedule an yearly maintenance for our air conditioning unit. He was offering me an promotional price of $129 instead of $149 but I had to give him my credit card number and sign a document that he will send over email. When I opened the email, realized that this was a yearly subscription and only $129 in the first year. Year after that will be $500 and my card will be charged automatically unless I call some 800 numbers. This was never mentioned during our conversation in the morning. If I was told that, I wouldn't have gone for the promotional pricing.
Not very professional.
I canceled my appointment with them due to this.

Excellent service. The technician on my service call was extremely knowledgeable. He identified the issue very quickly and was able to resolve the issue within minutes. He also took the time to educate me on the issue in case in we’re to occur again. My first time using Hamilton Heating & Cooling and will definitely be using them moving forward for any HVAC needs.

Ben came out, noticed our unit needed to de ice and made time in his day to come back out and fix our AC unit. He was on time, and extremely friendly. He gave me some pointers on how to maintain our AC unit and did an amazing job. I highly recommend Hamilton Heating & Cooling company.
