Electrical installer for home by Hiline, main electric panel connections were loose causing electrical fire damage with the whole panel needing replacement 11mo into living in the new home. Arch electric did not respond to calls with concern weeks prior to damage occurring.

Great follow thru and communication as I have used Arch Electrical for two home remodeling projects to include moving walls and circuits to kitchen, bath and laundry. Team gets it done

They performed the Panel Replacement/Upgrade with great speed and diligence. They were able to work around minor issues and correct a few that were left from the original contractors. All in all, they did a good job.

Repaired the pump and float wiring for my septic system in the water tight electrical box. The box had an electrical short and many of the wires had fused. They trimmed all the wires back to creat clean connections a properly secured all connection with water proof silicon end caps and replaced the exterior connectors on the box. Tested the system ensuring everything was functioning properly again and explained why and how they did everything so I could better understand my septic system. They were extremely helpful friendly and polite.

I hired Tim to do all the electrical on my new construction home. He was super responsive to calls/texts, very knowledgeable, polite, and professional. His entire team was great to work with and I will continue to hire Tim for any future projects.

Prompt and proper installation of some failing breakers and installing a whole house surge protector. Installer did a great job.

While the install was good, the price billed was nearly double the quote. Assumptions on their part without a site recheck, made a 1- day install turn into a 2-day install. They took no responsibility for their assumption causing more time and materials. My first invoice was several hundred dollars over the price of the initial phone discussion, my install date was pushed out 3 times, then I received a second invoice, labeled "gas hook up and materials" because of the second day. The gas man had been there the first day and left mid-day. That invoice was nearly $1400.00 more. I found a general lack of responsibility on their part, expecting me to pay in entirety for their mistake. I sent photos of the area, so the knew prior what the location looked like 5 weeks prior to actual install date. Not good business! They should have at least offered to meet me half way. I like to support small local business, but I will think twice and ask 3 times as many questions. So much for any cash discount.
