This is by far, the BEST mechanical contractor and maintenance company out there! You will NOT find a better company that has the attention to detail, customer service, follow through, and AMAZING work! If you are looking for the absolute BEST partner in your HVAC needs, you have come to the right place! I can't say enough good things about them!!!

Terrible service. Worked on our hvac for a small business. They came for a maintenance visit. The unit was working fine until their maintenance. The unit could not cool the shop Then despite 6 trips not only did they not fix the problem it actually got worse. The only thing that worked was their billing. They wanted the money despite never fixing the issue. Over the next months and after several texts, and phone calls they just stopped all communication. Avoid this company at all costs.

We had an outstanding experience with MacDonald-Miller HVAC, thanks to Carlos. After months of dealing with persistent heating issues, Carlos came on board and completely turned things around. He was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and dedicated—often staying late into the evening to make sure everything was handled properly. He not only resolved the problem but also followed up consistently to ensure everything continued running smoothly. We’re so grateful for his hard work and commitment. Highly recommend!

Extremely concerning experience today involving a MacDonald Miller vehicle marked with driver number 4709 in the Seattle area. The driving behavior I observed appeared aggressive and unsafe, including very close following distances and multiple lane changes without visible signaling. At one point the vehicle used the center turn lane in a way that created a dangerous situation for surrounding traffic.

Seeing this from a company branded vehicle was disappointing and unsettling. Businesses that operate marked fleet vehicles represent their brand on the road, and safety should be a priority. I hope the company looks into this and reinforces safe driving practices.
