Ashton from Matthew & Sons Plumbing & Electric arrived to deal with a defective Moen shower cartridge lodged in the valve. During his visit, I brought up that the primary water cutoff for the property was also leaking. He promptly fixed the faulty cartridge and resolved the issue with the leaking valve. Throughout the process, Ashton kept me informed about what he was doing and also shared some valuable advice on maintaining both valves. His charges were quite fair, particularly considering the wealth of plumbing knowledge he imparted. I've decided to make them my go-to for any future plumbing issues.

wyatt installed a new faucet in our kitchen sink. he was very professional, polite, and his work was excellent! micah has checked out and fixed several plumbing issues for us, and he always does a great job. his skill in figuring out problems and fixing them the right way has really helped our plumbing system. i also had micah handle a plumbing job at an office building, which included a high-end faucet with motion sensors and solenoids, and as usual, he did the work quickly and everything worked perfectly. other team members are just as great! they often help explain what might be wrong even before a plumber comes out. their plumbers know a lot and have had a lot of training. everyone i've talked to really cares about customers, and you can tell by how they treat you. because of this, i highly recommend them for any plumbing work at home or for a business!

Micah and Wyatt were at my residence recently to examine a water leak in my bathroom, along with a potential leak around my kitchen, which was causing a musty smell. Having had an excellent previous experience with Matthew & Sons Plumbing & Electric, I decided to give them another call. Micah and Wyatt showed up by midday! The issues in the bathroom were promptly identified and resolved. Wyatt went above and beyond the call of duty, tightening loose pipe connections and thoroughly testing all aspects of the repairs to ensure everything was working as it should. The kitchen problem was meticulously inspected, including moving the oven to look for dampness. They then identified leakage along the indoor plumbing and behind the water softener in the utility closet adjacent to the kitchen. Wyatt took immense care to clean up the area, make necessary adjustments, and set up a fan to ensure all dampness would be completely gone by the next day. I appreciate this company's approach. They always keep me informed about the identified issues, their solutions, and all the testing they do to ensure the issues have been fully resolved before they leave. They are prompt, amiable, professional, inclusive, and their pricing is fair. My sincere gratitude to Micah, who was feeling slightly under the weather, and particularly to Wyatt, who did the majority of the work with immense patience and positivity.
