Terre Works was wonderful to work with! Submitted a request online and they contacted me about my project the next day. Eric came out to scope out the project and Kristen came up with a beautiful design for the landscaping. They were quick to respond to any questions I had along the way and finished the job quickly and under the original estimate given. No longer do I have to look at the shabby, overgrown, builders basic landscaping and feel proud of what we now have. Wouldn't hesitate to work with them again in the future for any landscaping projects I have.

Eric was straightforward from day 1. The walk through about the scope of the project was easy. He suggested both where we should do more and also where he felt we could do less. it felt like an earnest conversation to get the yard to where we wanted it to be. Eric explained the budget well and covered why certain materials cost what they did and that the reality is Labor is a lot of the expense. He was transparent and honest and in the end the project was finished on time and on budget. There was only one expense increase due to some extra pavers that were purchased, but this was because I made a change in the design mid-way through the project. Eric accommodated and the only extra cost was for the materials. The project turned out wonderfully. We couldn't be happier.

When a pipe broke in my front yard, Sheldon at Grays Landscaping and Painting came out promptly and took care of the repair quickly and efficiently. What stood out was their follow-up. They came back to make sure the job was done perfectly. That level of dedication shows true professionalism. If you’re looking for a reliable, high-quality service. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone in need of their services.

Sheldon remodeled my patio from the ground up and was great to work with. When some issues came up afterward, he came back without hesitation and fixed them. That kind of accountability matters, and it’s why I’d happily use him again.

Marino and crew removed old property fence, tree branches, discard, install new posts, stained new pickets/beams, and install new fence. The property fence was a little over 100 feet, 75' straight and then two slight angle change, 6' at highest point then leveled all the way to front. One day for demolition, one day for posts, and two days for beam installation. Crew showed up on time and worked in pouring rain on the week of Thanksgiving. They cleaned up work area after each day, very hard working, especially in the pouring rain. They do more then fencing so I'll consider them for other home projects. I'm very pleased with their work, I highly recommend them.

Marino is a joy to work with. He was recommended to us by his previous employer who gave him rave reviews. Marino was very communicative about his design, what plants would be used and when he would be working at our home. We changed a few items on the project and he still came in under budget. His work was so well done--several neighbors asked to be added to his list as soon as possible!

I would recommend Groundworks for their professionalism and customer service. The company is customer oriented from initially making appointment for my free estimate to keeping in touch until arrival. I would especially like to give special recognition to my inspector Matt H. for his exemplary customer service and professionalism. Groundworks is very fortunate to have inspectors like Matt H. in their employ.

Alright so let me begin by saying my house is like a hundred years old and the basement is also very large and on a hill. So I had both waterproofing and the pentec floors put in. Mark and his team were super flexible and were always on time and on schedule. Ryans team was also super flexible and were able to address several issues that showed up during and after the waterproofing work.

So complications and surprises did pop up along the way and additional water proofing did need to be done and in total that added an extra 9k to the bid(s). So it was a little painful to eat the extra cost but seeing the work that was done / had to be done I can say that I feel that the additional cost was fair. So i do want to give Ryans team and Mark especially some kudos because the work they did is an extremely hard job (especially with part of the basement being sunken space) and they really put in extra effort to make minimize any impact the work would have on my family and I appreciate all of the hardwork! So I would say if your looking to have the work done right and the floors to look amazing I would give Mark and Ryan a call!

I was happy with the work Groundworks did at our home. It was done professionally and looks great! There was a slight problem with scheduling due to weather conditions but in the end they made it work.

I just had an absolutely fantastic experience with Groundworks Seattle. Our garage floor was buckling and cracked due to soil movement under the pad. Groundworks was able to level the floor and fix all the cracks in just a few hours. Earnest the project manager and Ilia and Yuri the installers from Groundworks were incredibly helpful, very professional, and I could not be more pleased with the work they did. I already have another project I’d like them to do, and I wouldn’t trust anyone else.

Pleased with my decision to engage Groundworks to remediate my driveway. Ernest, Groundworks’ Certified Field Inspector, effectively evaluated the situation, my objectives and my concerns. He was thorough and clear in describing how Groundworks would address these, and took time to confer with remote colleagues to ensure his plan was practical and reliable. Ilia, On-site Foreman, and Yuri were arrived on time to perform the work. Again, Ilia was thoroughly informed on the situation, confirmed with me the objectives and concerns, briefed me on his plan, and got to work. Ilia and Yuri were real professionals, preparing their equipment, ensuring tidiness of the work area and using a significant amount of ingenuity to “get it done” expeditiously in challenging conditions. Very positive, pleasant professional. While I hope the need never arises, if it does, Groundworks will get my call.
