I have used Mazter several times now, and every time they are truly excellent! I had the good fortune of having Carlos come every time. Carlos is outstanding! I highly recommend them for any appliance repair. They are thorough, professional, and excellent value for money. 5 stars all around!!

Repaired an element of an in-counter glass cooktop, where stove had to be removed to fix issue. Diagnosed issue, explained repair work needed, ordered part, gave option to set an appointment or wait for part, followed up promptly once part was in, and corrected issue. Definitely recommend!

The water and ice dispenser in our refrigerator stopped working and Carlos from Mazter Appliances went above and beyond to fix the issue. Once he identified the issue and realized he didn't have the part, he left to find one and promptly returned to finish the job. He was very thoughtful and hardworking - I highly recommend his repair service.

Terrific service! My refrigerator was failing to cool the fresh foods, while the freezer still worked OK. Made an appointment for the next day with Mazert via their website. Carlos showed up on time, diagnosed the problem, and replaced the errant fan motor on the spot. I paid less than 1/10th of the cost of a new refrigerator, and the appliance was up and running within an hour.

Easy to schedule with. Carlos fixed my dishwasher in about an hour. Fair price. Glad to have a working machine. The service call fee ($109) rolls directly into the repair costs. Ran late, but not surprised as it was a 5 pm appointment getting to the eastside of Bellevue. Was very apologetic. Glad I used Mazter Appliances.

Highly recommended! Fixed my washer on the spot. After doing business with another company who wanted to charge 800 dollars to repair, Carlos found, no need for new parts an d the supposed hours of labor, and fixed my unit on the spot for under 200 hundred dollars.

Carlos was super efficient, professional, and got my oven working great quickly. Explained the problem, had the part to fix it, and was polite and friendly. Will definitely use them again should I need to in the future.

Carlos is the best. We have ten year old Bosch washer and dryer which I thought were done. Every time Carlos had come out to fix it. First the dryer went out, then he tightened a belt and it continues to work. Today the washer stopped spinning and he replaced the carbon brushes on the motor and now it's fixed. He always honest, friendly and reasonable.

Our dishwasher stopped working in a rental property. I reached out to a few repair companies and Mazter Appliance seemed to be the most straightforward and helpful. Carlos was quick to get out to the home, and able to replace the needed parts in one trip.

What they quoted me up front was what they billed me in the end, which is always a relief. Their text notifications were great too, keeping me informed on arrival time and when the job was done. I definetly recommend Mazter Appliances.

Carlos from Mazter Appliance Repair was very friendly and professional. He spent time to diagnose our fridge with a cooling problem. He even went out to look for replacement parts and our fridge was up and running on the same day. And yes, the service fee was very reasonable. Highly recommended!!!

My dryer broke and Carlos came out the same day and fixed it very quickly even though it was the weekend. I'm very happy with the quality of his work!

Great service!! It was super easy to book, came within the window, had most of the parts needed and overall fixed our Viking gas oven. I'm looking forward to getting the range fixed as well!

Carlos communicated about his ETA, arrived, diagnosed and fixed the washer within an hour. He didn't charge for the actual service call, just the fix. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and competent. Great job all the way around!

Carlos is outstanding. Within the hour he figured out our dishwasher pump was bad and had it replaced. I got charged for one hour and the cost of the pump. Fantastic. And a year ago he fixed a garbage disposal for me. A year before that an oven. I am so pleased I have found an honest, expert, fair-priced repair person. He's usually booked a couple of weeks out. Waiting for him is worth every penny.

Recently I needed urgent repair of a washing machine . I contacted this company and was completely satisfied with the service. The technician arrived at a convenient time, quickly diagnosed the problem and offered the best solution. The repair was done efficiently and in the shortest possible time. I recommend.

Great service from Carlos and easy to book an appointment online with a 2 hour arrival window. Reasonable and clear pricing. He replaced my oven igniter.

We were so pleased that Carlos could fix our Samsung fridge instead of just telling us to buy a new one. He was knowledgeable, his prices were reasonable and we will certainly call him again if another appliance needs repair.

Appliance repair for a Samsung was very easy to schedule. Carlos came on time and full prepared. He had the correct part based on my model number and description of problem. Like a magician everything was fixed and put back together in 20 minutes. The price was very reasonable

Carlos has been out twice to service our Whirlpool refrigerator - a year ago to replace the ice maker, and last night to first troubleshoot why the fridge was not cooling, and then replace the defroster. He had to disassemble the fridge to get to the issue, it did not look easy, but he figured it out and did a fantastic job.

Highly recommend Matzer, Carlos is the best!
