Bathroom Remodeler reviews in Seattle, Washington

Working with Steven is always a pleasant experience. His character, craftsmanship & relationship w/ his customers is second to none! I'd recommend Steven L. Gerken to anyone in need of an honest professional for their project.

We hired Steve Gerken because we were told he was a perfectionist and that’s what we wanted. We were in the middle of construction on a new bathroom when our builder moved on leaving us with a million lose-ends and the fear that the project would never be completed. Mr. Gerken installed the marble tiles we’d picked for the floor and shower and the precision and design were exquisite. He installed the walls and textured them with a plaster cat-face, and did the thousand and one things that needed doing to bring the project to a beautiful conclusion. I’m so grateful that he kept the electricians and the plumbers from taking shortcuts that would have undone the look we were going for, and that he took such care and effort to do things right. I can’t say enough good things about the man or his work. Perfect!

Steve & team are exactly what I was looking for. Knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and reasonably priced. As a new homeowner I had several jobs I needed to get done within a couple months. I hired a different contractor for each job, with the goal of understanding work quality, price, and expertise across several contractors. Not only did Steve come out on top and earn 5 stars, but we had several very informative conversations about home construction code which helped guide my plan for future projects!

Our house was completely changed by STL Dryer Vent & Air Duct Cleaning Services Inc. OF WA. Everything we need was covered under their package of services, which included chimney sweeping, fireplace maintenance, duct and vent cleaning, insulation repair, attic mold removal, pest control, and roof patching. Their promptness, professionalism, and thoroughness were evident from the first consultation to the last inspection. After years of not functioning, the fireplace is now like new. Our attic uses less energy and is clean. The entire house feels better and has a fresher scent. We avoided employing many organizations by using their all-in-one solution, and the bundled cost was really reasonable. We're so happy with them that we're already organizing our yearly service with them.
