Constraction reviews in Seattle, Washington

It is really 4.5 stars, because of some relatively minor issues: While the roofing job itself was excellent, the crew used black trim, which was unacceptable to us. We are partly responsible because we did not check the white option when we signed the contract. They corrected it with slight additional labor cost. There was also confusion about the downspouts, which the crew initially judged not to need replacement, so we canceled that part only to discover later that some were not really usable, so it needed to be done. The downspout replacement itself was fine but unlike the roofing crew, the subcontractor's technician did not clean up properly after himself. I have spoken with the company about that.

Prompt and thorough estimate visit, reliably on-time service once they were selected, even though they told me that can't always guarantee that. Very professional crews for both roof and gutters, friendly and happy to answer questions.. Left my yard nearly immaculate -less than a sandwich bag of stray materials I found in the couple weeks after they finished. Thanks to Three Tree for making a big job go really smoothly! And I love the color of my 50 year roof, which will outlast me!

Overall my experience with Three Tree Roofing was great. I felt like I was well informed about the details of the work. Since I was coordinating removal of solar panels, my schedule was less flexible and Three Tree was very supportive of helping me schedule conveniently and to work around a big rain forecast. The installation crew was on time, had great communication and did a stellar job. Very happy with my experience!

Three Tree Roofing proved to be professional, efficient, thorough and kept me updated on my roofing project progress. My roof was installed fast and results were exceeded my expectations. I couldn’t be happier with the way my new roof looks and compliments from neighbors. I strongly recommend Three Tree Roofing for your roofing needs.

Three Tree Roofing provided outstanding service from start to finish of our roofing & new gutters project. They responded promptly to our initial inquiry and our follow up questions. They thoroughly explained the options available for our roof. They outlined the pros & cons of each option. They made prudent recommendations about the details of the project (for example, what to do about the chimney). The project started & ended on time. The roof removal process was efficient and the debris was thoroughly gathered up and removed. The installation of the new roof and gutters were also efficient and remarkable tidy. Our new roof and gutters function as they should and look great.

The first wind storm of December 2023 sent two huge tree branches through my garage roof. I got a few quotes for pricing and time frames and Three Tree had the best price which included a lifetime warranty and they were able to get to my roof in less than 2 weeks from when they quoted me and they were done in one day. The roof is beautiful and the service was beyond great. It's nice to see that customer satisfaction is still important these days. I highly recommend them. 20 stars out of 10!

I have the best roof in my neighborhood. Thanks to Three Tree Roofing for an excellent job well done. They work very hard and the result is amazing. I walk in my neighborhood compared what others work, my roof top them all. The material used is the highest of quality. Crew finishes in a timely manner. They left everything clean. I'm very happy with the results. After interviewing few Roofers Company I feel lucky to hire the best. Chase, Neil and Brandon please extend my gratitude to your wonderful staff they're Five Star. I will recommend Three Tree Roofing for doing such a remarkable job. It was great doing business with you.
You are very much appreciated.

Excellent job was done by crew chief Dino and his crew. Great attention to detail! They completed the roofing job within their time estimate despite working in sub-freezing weather for 2 of the days. The gutter subcontractor - Ben - also did an excellent job. He provided recommendations and had great attention to detail. We did not bother to get other bids since we were referred to Three Tree Roofing and they use Malarkey shingles with a great warranty. I highly recommend Three Tree Roofing.

Three Tree roofing is a wonderful outfit. From the first estimate (by a very intelligent guy) to the roofing crew themselves, I had first class service. The office staff provided accurate and timely information about timing and billing. I enjoyed the experience.

I am absolutely thrilled with the roofing work of Three Tree Roofing! First, the estimate came in well below 2 better-known roofing companies, such that I could get gutters as well for less than the price of the other 2. Second, the roofing crew and Miguel, the foreman, were outstanding. They did the entire roof in 2 days. They were clean and quieter than I expected for roofers. In fact, a couple of neighbors told me how quiet they were. One of them said, "They didn't yell to each other like a lot of roofers do." Their clean-up was excellent each day, and after the job was done. The gutters were installed in a day and look great with the new roof. Finally, communication with the office was great - I was kept well informed of every stage of the project. What a relief! I highly recommend them.

Three tree did a fantastic job on our new metal roof. Their price was fair — similar to other bids. The communication was excellent. The on-site crew were responsive and updated fascia boards as needed. And, most important, they did a quality job on the installation. The roof should outlive us. When the subcontractor came to do the gutters, he commented that it is always nice to finish up a Three Tree project because they do a great job. We have recommended them to neighbors who used them also.

Three Tree Roofing did an excellent job for us. They showed up on time and found a day in December with no rain, stripped the old roofing, put up plywood sheathing over our preexisting skip sheathing and a waterproof membrane all in one day. The following day it took them very little time to apply the new roofing and even replaced the roof on our shed and left the property spotless. Since we have a steep slope roof they also added safety rings at the ridge of the roof for safety lines which was not in the bid but will add value for any roof repairs or add ons in the future. The crew was friendly and the personnel arranging the job were very easy to communicate with. I highly recommend this company.

Three Tree Roofing was the most professional of the five roofing companies we interviewed. We received a detailed inspection and a firm quote before deciding.

To help us choose shingle colors, Three Tree provided us addresses of houses where they installed the different colors, so we could see how they looked in real life lighting situations.

The installation went as promised and was finished in two days and included timely removal of the trash bin and honey bucket. Highly recommend.

The folks at Three Tree Roofing were great to work with. We were so impressed with the sales representative that we canceled other appointments for quotes. We were very impressed. Great communication throughout the process. Folks answered questions and followed up with requests. They were there when they said they were going to be there, both for the quote and for the actual work. They cleaned up the worksite and the project went quickly. I recommend them as one of the company's you should get a quote from.

Three Tree Roofing came to West Seattle to repair my roof this past month (December 2024). I was so impressed with their customer service and respect for my property, as well as their attention to detail. Our new roof is miles ahead of the one that was installed before. Really great job. I would highly recommend them.

Quoting Process: Transparent and honest. Quick and easy—Chase was great and answered all the questions I had.

Scheduling: Extremely communicative—we had to reschedule due to weather and they always called to advise and confirm if the new date worked.

Installation: Took two full days to complete and the team left NO SIGNS of a mess anywhere. They cleaned up amazingly, and most importantly: the roof looks great.

The Roof Itself: It looks even better than we could have hoped. Three Tree uses high quality products and it shows.

I will recommend Three Tree Roofing to all of my friends and family, and will be sure to use them for all my future roofing needs.

Excellent service from bid to finish. I had 3 houses requiring new roofs and Three Tree Roofing was able to provide 3 different crews to work at all 3 different locations. The fit, finish and cleanup were superb. They made the entire roofing experience fast and professional.

This was my first experience in having a roof replaced on my home. On top of it, I had just finished up an extensive landscaping project and was worried that roof replacement might harm or damage new plantings. Jack's experience in roofing in the PNW meant that he could recommend specific shingles based upon the pitch of my roof and garage that would best perform in our climate . He listened carefully to my concerns and answered my questions quickly and clearly. Victor and his hardworking crew completed the job in less than two days. They worked carefully around my new landscaping with no damage to a single planting. The clean-up was complete and thorough. My new roof looks great, and the warranties on materials and labor are the best. I highly recommend Three Tree Roofing. Excellent work from start to finish.

Our house is a 2200 square foot two story with an almost flat roof. Very slight pitch. We received a competitive bid for a new membrane roof to replace the existing torch down roof and downspout system. We also felt the most comfortable with Jack K. who came out and provided the bid. We left during the installation which was amazingly quick and came back to a beautiful new roof and downspout system. You'd never know anyone was even there as they did a great job with clean up. Our crew was led by Jose and our office communication was with Matt W. who also responded every time within minutes to our many questions. Jack also drove from south King County to north Seattle during rush hour to show us downspout color samples because we couldn't really determine a match with the online options. That was great service and very much appreciated. We highly recommend Three Tree Roofing.

Three Tree Roofing provides excellent customer service and top quality installation teams. My existing roof was 24+ years old and needed full replacement of roofing and gutters. Malarkey is a top performing asphalt roofing system and it looks great! Thank you Three Tree Roofing!!!

Three Tree workers were hard working and knowledgeable. Everything appears to be done correctly and feel good with all the rain we have had to know we do not have to worry. Because we have self gutters, we are still waiting awhile to be sure they were done efficiently. Cleaned up every day very well.
