Constraction reviews in Seattle, Washington

We had Evergreen come out and do some ballast work for our company. They were very punctual with even coming out and looking/quoting project before hand. Electrician was quick and efficient. Pleasure to work with. Would highly recommend for any warehouse electric needs.

We have worked with Evergreen multiple times over the last year getting a new building up and running. Their team has been responsive, professional, easy to work with and have never had an issue with craftsmanship. They have helped solve a lot of the electrical problems we come across. Highly recommend giving them a call

I appreciate Evergreen Power Systems' commitment to quality work and excellent customer service. They are the only electrical contractors I want to call regarding tenant improvements. Thank you for always going above and beyond on every job site.

Evergreen Power Systems came through for us in a big way when our Company moved locations. We needed substantial work done in a very short timeframe to keep our machines and operations running. They were up to the challenge. Their pricing was great. The service we received was even better. Excellent communications from Rick, Man and his team throughout the entire process. I highly recommend reaching out to this group - you will not be disappointed!

Evergreen Power Systems is one of the best electrical contractors in the business. They not only work to guarantee clients receive excellent craftsmanship in their services and products, but also work to make sure what they are delivering is at a fair price and exceeds safety standards and expectations.

Why have your nephew rewire your office and wait for the subsequent fire from his short cuts when you can send out an EPS electrician and know they are setting the foundation for your safety and lighting for decades to come.

I'm very thankful for Evergreen Power systems and the work these commercial electricians put into our needed tenant improvements. They have excellent customer service and their eye for detail keeps you in budget and trusting that the work done is up to our standards as well as safety standards and guidelines. Thanks for "lighting" the way in tenant improvements!

Evergreen Power Systems is the preferred electrical subcontractor for our tenant-improvement projects. They have a professional and educated team that goes above and beyond to make sure their customers are satisfied. Owners and their landlords have called them after our tenant-improvement scope of work is finished for property maintenance or other building systems issues because they know their quality of work and ability to solve difficult electrical problems. Everyone on their team is great to work with!

I have used them to install niche products with unusual specifications. We have had manufacturers come out to take photographs of their work in order create brochures for their products because of the care they put into installing these systems.

Loi Le is the foreman on many of my projects and has never shown up late or left a job unfinished. He is a master electrician, and is sent out to our smaller projects when there are very difficult issues to troubleshoot. I am not sure who the other review is referring to, because none of our tradesman or superintendents has had issues with either him or Evergreen Power Systems. Their employees seem proud to be a part of the team and it shows in the care they put into their work.

Cool street frontage!

We've been fortunate to be a customer of West Seattle Electric and Solar for several years, and have always been highly satisfied with their work and performance. Our most recent experience was fantastic, Mark came out to assess our issue with a non-working photocell, and he was able to solve it quickly and expertly. We greatly appreciate the professionalism and hight quality they always provide. Thank you, West Seattle Electric!

I spoke with Ryan of West Seattle Electric on Wednesday 12/20/23 right before the holiday weekend and he was able to get us scheduled 2 days later for that Friday. Francisco contacted us to confirm the time, he was punctual, explained what was wrong with the outlet and what had probably happened, then quickly fixed the outlet. It was great to be able to use our island outlet in preparation for Christmas dinner!

Ryan, Francisco, and the team are fabulous - transparent service and recommendations, no upselling or scare tactics, just awesome speedy service and competitive pricing! And their QuietCool attic system has been a game changer for the hot summer months! Had my house checked out for electrical safety and restored power to some things that hadn't been working for a while, and it was seamless. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We called West Seattle Electric and Solar to install an EV charger. They did a really good job. We were able to work with them to have some extra work done along side the wiring installation for the charger. We had a few technical difficulties during the installation but in the end they got fixed. Thank you Ryan for being so customer service focused.

Couldn't be happier with West Seattle Electric and Solar! I filled out online inquires with a number of local electric companies over the weekend regarding installation of an EV charger. Amy reached out by phone on Monday, Ryan estimated our project on Tuesday, Alex installed it on Thursday! Fantastic communication every step of the way. Clear, concise contract for the job. Great installation. A well run family business that we're happy to support!

PS - None of the other electrical contractors have responded to my inquiries yet!

Excellent experience all around. Great product for a fair price. I’m glad I found these guys. Ryan helped me get the right equipment rather than the most expensive. You can tell he wants to help rather than take advantage of the situation.

Hiring West Seattle Electric was one of the best decisions we've ever made. They wired our new-construction DADU and connected the service to the main house. Ryan gave us a very fair and accurate estimate. Mark, Eric, Mohammedi, Jay, and Cameron were all great to work with. They were punctual, friendly, and professional; also, collaborative and good communicators. And the total cost came in under budget, which is always good news! We highly recommend this company.

Had a great experience with WS electric and Francisco who installed a new pendant in a tricky spot that required new wiring. Francisco worked quickly and our final price was much less than the original bid. We are so happy with our new lighting!

Frank here with FtS-Excavation.com We as an Excavation business and for personal purposes have used West Seattle Electric for many projects. Their business model and staff are of the highest industry standards. Very knowledgeable and great to work with! I highly recommend them!

Needed to upgrade an unsafe electrical panel and and some wacky electrical issues. They came through for us. Had 3 companies give us quotes and WS Electrical was the best solution, best price. I would highly recommend working with them, from the owner Ryan, to Francisco, to the office team. Couldn’t recommend them enough.

Ryan (owner) jumped on a Zoom call with me late on a Friday afternoon to help me better understand QuietCool whole house fans. Given our setup, he recommend some options, one of which wasn’t even on our radar. His expertise and honesty was greatly appreciated! I would have no hesitation hiring he and his team in the future.

Francisco and Jordan recently did an upgrade on my electrical system, just got the permit signed off today. They ran new wire to my out buiding and installed a new panel to replace an old one that was scary and failing. He also cleaned up the mess in my old panel and replaced some outlets, cleared out some old boxes, and properly grounded my system.
Francisco was a great communicator and did very clean and efficient work, was super pleasant to have working here. I appreciate their quality work, they didn't try to sell me work that was not needed.

I have the old knob and tube in my home in a cinder block house. One of the breakers went off and would not reset. Of course it was the one with internet while I was on a deadline. Luckily Mark was able to come out in an hour to troubleshoot. They were a bit stumped and had to open up a bunch of old crusty outlets in the line. I finally mentioned the Boiler room which was outside. They quickly found the problem and was able to fix it in that little space. Everyone that I was in contact with was very knowledgeable and super friendly. I felt it was a fair price with no surprises. West Seattle Electric & Solar is a very trustworthly company! I wouldn't hesitate to use them again!
