These friendly people go above and beyond the call of duty! They came to dry out my attic, and while they were there, they tried to help me fix a detached gutter when we saw it pouring water on to the window. They went to a lot of effort (bringing a ladder outside, climbing up to see the problem) to do this, as well as to film the issue to report it to the HOA. Vincent and crew have been most courteous, thorough, and responsive. Highly recommend.

Couldn’t have asked for a better contractor to deal with them Peter. Drain was so backed up but hydro shield came out quick and unclogged my basement drain in no time.

Can’t say enough positive things about hydro shield restoration. While it took some time for the insurance company to come around, as these companies often do, eventually when the work started it was completed in a couple days. Four months after the repairs still holding up fine or even better then before.

This company is organized and very responsive. Within the hour of me reporting me flood to my landlord they were here with all the tools needed to remediate the water damage and they were able to document all of the damage to report to my insurance. So about 2 months ago my old cast iron pipes broke in the basement of course. And just like that overnight 12 inches of water. I freaked out and started calling around.... I was referred to them by a friend who had work done by them the year before. I was freaking out when I called what these guys managed to put me at ease and reassured me that everything will be okay.
