I was miserable for 10 days with dripping water from the main pipe, it was a tough project but they took time and found the problem, repaired completely!! Took a weight off my shoulder that I do not have to empty the bucket every few hours now! Thank you so much!

Had a great experience with the bumping service today! Super professional, patient, and really friendly. You can tell they know exactly what they’re doing and make each decision with care. Had an excellent experience with a toilet repair today. Ben showed up right on time and after short talk about the job he went right to work. I appreciated the care he took in covering the tile floor before started to work. He fully answered all of my questions and was extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend Ben's plumbing!

Exceptionally professional services from Ben’s Plumbing Heating and Air. Two issues were resolved in two separate visits. They are not cheap, 1st visit is $350 for the 1st hour of work and then $60 for every 15 min of work. A follow up visit is just hourly rate of $240 in 15 min increments. Totally worth it. Scheduler Michelle picked up the phone every time I called, so no need to leave a message and then to follow when nobody calls you back like in some other companies. Both visits were scheduled for the following 24 to 48 hrs, no schedule hiccups. Nolan and Brian worked really hard, nonstop for several hours, showed up in time, had special tools and extra hardware in their van. They do know their stuff. You can find cheaper folks, but as a homeowner and also a landlord, I do appreciate professionalism, honesty and commitment to quality and time more than potential to save a couple hundreds. Will use their services again.

Super fast, friendly and informative services! They addressed my faucet issues and provided recommendations for cost effective solutions. Ben's Plumbing went above and beyond to help us fix our issue, we will definitely call them again.

I had a wonderful experience with John and Nolan today 7/28/2025. Another plumbing company came out and after 2 hours of trying to snake and clear a drain, they were unable to clear it and still charged me $500 for the labor and told me that they would need to replace the pipes in my crawl space to clear the drain which would be an additional $3,500.
I called Ben's Plumbing for a 2nd opinion, and John and Nolan came out and were very polite, respectful ,professional and good communicators explaining everything along the way. Also, they were able to clear the drain by going through my drum trap, total charge was $600! I saved nearly $3,000 and couldn't be happier!
I highly recommend Ben's Plumbing.

Had one of the best experiences with Ben's Plumbing! To be honest, I don't normally have great experiences with plumbers, heck, I am lucky if I even have a "good" one, but this was not the case with this company. We had the water completely shut off on us yesterday afternoon and booked with another plumbing company (I will be nice and not say the name, but always do your research) and they were supposed to come out later in the day to fix it. They completely ghosted us and I spent hours trying to get ahold of them to see if they were coming. By 8pm we had no plumber and no water. I called Ben's Plumbing in a panic and Michelle and Callie answered quickly and got it processed and moving immediately. If they had questions, they actually called!!! They were amazing and were able to have a technician out within 30mins of that call. Nick (the technician) was amazing! He was
prompt and ready to go and had the job fixed within a couple of minutes. Everyone we worked with was incredibly friendly and professional, and the pricing was totally reasonable, especially for an emergency after hours call. PLEASE PLEASE use Ben's Plumbing for your next plumbing job!

Any time I need plumbing services Ben’s is the first one I call. They are dependable, reasonably priced and always get the job done. Ask for Josh, Nolan or Ata. They are all fantastic!

Had them over to replace a showerhead and to fix a malfunctioning flush.

I had a sink pipe leakage and they were able to send out a plumber the next day to inspect/repair the damaged pipe. Josh was extremely friendly, communicative, and helpful!

Having had really negative experiences with plumbers in the past, we were happily surprised by everyone we interacted with at Ben’s Plumbing. I left a voice mail late one day and had a text response within an hour. I spoke with the scheduler (I’m terrible at remembering names) the next morning and she was very friendly and funny (!) and she efficiently got us scheduled for the next day to repair faucet leaks in our kitchen sink and bathtub and a problem with a toilet. The two guys who came to our house were also friendly and great communicators throughout the process, fixing everything while checking in about costs and making recommendations for future repairs/upgrades with zero pressure or upselling. We’ll definitely work with them again and highly recommend them as skilled, honest and (bonus) fun people to have in your home.

I was very impressed with the team at Ben's Plumbing, particularly Jon Hoffman. He and his colleague were prompt, courteous, and efficient in scoping out my sewer, as well as my neighbor's sewer that crosses onto my property. The overall experience has put their company at the top of my list should I need plumbing assistance in the future.

I had a clogged sink in the bathroom. Ben’s came out in two days and exactly pm time. The problem was fixed very quickly and the plumber was very thorough.
