Prompt, professional, personable response from both the office and on site repair staff. Onsite staff were efficient in repairing the shower fixture and gave thorough explanation of the problem, repair and what to watch going forward without any mansplaining. Appreciate the professional, knowledgeable, respectful approach with your customers.

Great attention to detail and a very enjoyable experience. I would highly recommend them and will keep them in mind for future work. Installed faucet, new line to fridge, new gas line for stove, installed garbage disposal and installed our dishwasher. Everything turned out great.

I wanted to install a Sanco2 water heater at my house. These are somewhat complex systems, where the heat pump is outside and pumps hot water to an inside tank. I was comfortable choosing Ben’s to do the installation because I could tell they were very knowledgeable about the device. Nick, Eric, John and Blake did a superb job. John’s plumbing is a work of art. I’m very pleased with the water heater and highly recommend Ben’s Plumbing.

Nolan and Jon were fantastic to work with. Professional, responsive, on time, and did great work. Clear communication, no upselling, and just very easy to work with overall. Highly recommend.

We found out we had a drip in our water heater when hvac furnace was being serviced. HVAC service gave us a bid, and I called Ben’s based on reviews. They were so friendly and helpful. They came the next day to replace at 2/3 the cost of HVAC company. Big win!

Ben’s Plumbing did an outstanding job on a large plumbing project at my old home. Project included replacing water line to the main, replacing 2 exterior hose bibs, repiping the entire house, and replacing the sink and water heater. Researched costs and got multiple bids. The bid from Ben’s Plumbing was reasonable, competitive and lower than some. Can’t say enough good about the experience. Organized, efficient, tidy, skilled, strategic, creative problem solvers with excellent communication. Friendly and respectful. Hit every mark. Could not ask for better.

Ben's is one of the smoothest ran operations in Seattle. It felt like they were equipped to tackle any job I could have. Immediate response from a real person, fully stocked van with anything and everything regardless the age of the home, completely fair pricing and never once did I notice a pushy attitude from any of the staff. We love working with Bens!

We called Ben’s Plumbing after a different plumbing company was unable to fix a slow drain and led us to believe that we had a serious problem that required an expensive fix. John came out and fixed what turned out to be a fairly mundane plumbing issue in about 15 minutes, and could not have been nicer or more professional. The best plumbing company I’ve ever worked with. The people on their team are fantastic. From Nick the owner, Michelle the scheduler, Brian and Jon are amazing in residential projects, Anthony for rough in and large multi unit projects. The HVAC team Kurt. I can go on and on. I’ve used other companies before and no one compares to this team. They’re not the least expensive but worth every penny because they get the work done right the first time and I don’t have to call them back to fix mistakes. Hire this team. You won’t regret it.

I can’t say enough positive things about Ben’s. Our water heater started leaking. We contacted a number of different plumbers. Ben’s was by far the most responsive, thank you so much, Michelle. They were able to come out the same day and get the service done very quickly. They also charged significantly less than their estimate because they were able to get the service done during normal business hours and it took less time than they had thought. Rarely have I ever come across a business that charges less than they say they’re going to. Additionally, the work was very good and the plumber was incredibly nice. I would definitely recommend Ben’s above all other plumbers I’ve ever worked with.

The service I received today was awesome. I called with my toilet concern and Kiera told me that they actually had someone who could get here in 30-60 minutes. Before Kiera ended the call, she made sure that I understood the pricing standards that Ben’s Plumbing uses.
Just 30 minutes later when Nolan and Eric showed up they were friendly, prepared, and got straight to work (and weren’t annoyed by my barking dog). Once the job was done, Nolan made sure I understood what the job had entailed and gave me the opportunity to ask questions. When I asked about another plumbing annoyance, Nolan took a look, improved the issue, and told me my options for next steps.

Nolan and Eef just wrapped up our first experience with Ben's Plumbing. After several disappointing plumber experiences, Ben's team was a godsend! Nolan and Eef were pleasant, professional, thorough--yet conscientiously managed their time diagnosing and addressing a tenacious leak so that they stayed within the usual minimum site visit charge! Our tenants were happy with the experience, too.

Ben's front office is also staffed with considerate pros: Michelle and Keira responded to my online request almost immediately and kept me informed in advance so I could coordinate with our tenants--even offering an earlier time than initially scheduled to address our emergency ASAP. I'm glad to finally have permanent, go-to plumbers I trust!

New comment: True to my last review, Ben's Plumbing is now my go-to plumber. Consequently, I called again with some different issues. This time they sent Jon, and he delivered the same outstanding service. Prompt, efficient, down-to earth and very reasonable charges. These guys have a deep bench, and they honor the highest standards. I can't say enough about these plumbers!

We had a great experience with Ben’s plumbing! We had a new fridge and the water line was not working. Eric and Nick were both very nice and spent some time troubleshooting and ultimately replaced the line. They did a great job talking me through everything and were efficient with their time.

Wonderful experience starting with the gentleman who came to bid the job and Brian and his assistant who installed a PVC In our crawlspace and a faucet for us In our kitchen. They were here on time, It took them almost exactly the amount of time that the bid estimated. Very clean and made sure that everything was tested and running perfectly when the job was finished. I couldn’t have asked for more. I would definitely recommend them.

Ben’s Plumbing is amazing! I’ve had two plumbing emergencies and they absolutely came through both times.

The first was in the middle of the night on a Sunday, and Nick showed up in under 30 minutes. He was so kind, professional, and calm, and he fixed everything fast while taking the time to explain what was going on. The price was more than fair for an after-hours call.

When I needed their help again (for a different issue) Josh and Eph were at my house in about 20 minutes. When I mentioned I had guests coming, they offered to come back later that evening and didn’t even charge me for the first visit. That level of honesty and care is so rare these days. Nick then came out after hours that evening and fixed the issue at a great price.

If you ever need a plumber, seriously call Ben’s Plumbing. They’re fast, trustworthy, and genuinely care about their customers. Huge thank you to Nick, Josh, and Eph for being absolute lifesavers!

I selected this company from online reviews. it went very well. they arrived early. when I scheduled they said they might. think about it, could you complete jobs/errands in many different places and be sure of the exact time all would take?
the plumbers, Nick and Eric, were professional, explained everything, listened and completed the work in a timely manner. they also had time for 2 small fixes, as they were running ahead of schedule.
