Fantastic work and very fair on pricing. Lam has helped me with a few projects around the house everything from changing out outlets, adding new lines from the panel, adding a new box outdoors for a pond and fixing existing 50 year old lines in our house.

Lam help installed and exchange the breaker box. He was patience awaiting after fail attempts getting permit. He quickly step in and able to get the permit to pass. The work he had done was beyond expectation even when the city inspector was giving a thumb up. He also did a electrical repair for an section of an outlet had no power for awhile. Overall, the charges was cheap. Between all the work he did, I had save at least $3000 dollars. I definitely would ask him again and recommend him. Very friendly attitude and work with you on schedule.
