As a retired Mortgage Loan Officer, I spent many years attending Sunday open houses to stay connected with the industry and keep an eye on local inventory. The project took about six weeks and included a walk-in, wheelchair-accessible shower, a thoughtfully designed toilet area with lifting support, and accessibility features that were both practical and seamless in the design.
