Moved out of our apartment and found Sea Clean through yelp. Their high reviews definitely reflect the quality of service. Lived and in the apartment for 2 years with two young children, so we didn’t have the cleanest of places. After Sea clean came in you could barely tell anyone lived there. I will be using them again and recommending them to everyone I know.

We hired Sea-clean to do our move out cleaning. At first, we were impressed by the customer service but that changed. When I reached out the day before to confirm the appt and the time was changed. On the day of, we were given 15 min notice that the team would arrive an 1hr and 15 late. My contact, Jose, said he would provide a $40-$50 discount for the inconvenience but asked me to pay the invoice for 6 hours first. My initial quote was for 4-5 hours. I paid the invoice. When I inquired the following day about the discount refund I received a rude text that say, “Hey, I did”. My discount was for $20 and when I inquired why it was so low I was told my job “wasn’t big enough to get a bigger discount”. The only reason I am even providing 2 stars is because the cleaning was great, but the customer service was rude and unprofessional. Clearly they can not be relied on to keep their word either.
