We bought a furnace and got it installed through Costco, the whole experience was good. I gave two stars because the experience with Jaimie from permit department was awful, I tried call her to ask a question about a letter that was sent to our house regarding the permit because I wasn't sure, after three voicemails within two months since she's never picked up, she finally called back with nasty attitude. Brennan seems to be one of the biggest and well known companies but management has failed to train their employees with proper customer service protocol. I would like to recommend your business to my friends and family due to professional installation team and great sale coordinator, but this unpleasant experience had me think twice. Thanks

Brennan used to be my #1 HVAC company to call upon and I do not recommend this company since they charged me for a diagnostic that was not conducted. I tried to seek a refund but was advised by Tyler that once a system is tagged and shut down, no diagnostic can be done. It’s a pathetic excuse because I called the company and advised them of my system being shut off due to a cracked heat exchanger seeking a quote on replacing it but they insisted on sending an unprofessional tech to my home named Tran. He spent 15 minutes at my house and did nothing.

Had a great experience recently getting a new furnace installed through the Costco program. Rick Clements from Brennan made the process easy, straightforward, and clear. I had a lot of questions about which system to choose for my situation and he helped guide me to the right one without trying to upsell. He was also very patient with my questions, even answering them quickly and promptly after he had already secured my business. The installation was a breeze and was well communicated. Definitely recommend.
