This was the most uncomfortable and unnerving experience. The technician was very dirty, he loitered in my living room until asked to leave, he went upstairs to my bedroom with no reason, and then charged me more for the estimate visit then originally quoted. The estimate he gave me was wildly inflated, he stated he needed to remove three birds from my chimney even though there was only one. I called the office to confirm this inflated estimate as there was no follow up and the person who answered brushed me off and would not listen to any Of my concerns. I would never recommend this company, there is no transparency or professionalism. It felt very unsafe having this behavior in my home.
