By rodent-proofing, entry points into the attic were removed. Before putting the insulation back up, Joey made sure it was completely clean. It feels like everything is safe.

Mold growths near basement windows had to be carefully taken off. Spores couldn't spread because they were contained. Evelin gave the go-ahead for the final pass test once the drying was done. It feels clean and safe now.

Crawl space mold spread quietly until a strong odor appeared. Remediation involved careful removal and antimicrobial treatment. Daniel stayed accessible for questions throughout the project. Peace of mind has been restored.

The efficacy of the HVAC system decreased as a result of the aging of the ducting. The ventilation dispersion was restored to its original state following the replacement. Tomer evaluated the system that had been completed using his own criteria.

Jun did my original inspection and was great very informative and professional. Ricky and the guys showed up on a hot day and spent most of it in the attic.
