I hired Energy Savers to install "dense pack" cellulose insulation in my attic. They owner, Rod, was very helpful and patient with me as I changed the scope of the project multiple times. He was always prompt with returning my calls (even called me from Europe once!) and very helpful with problem solving the challenges that come with retrofit insulation installs in old houses.
His crew was kind and worked quickly to get the job done. There was an incident where a large amount of insulation was accidentally pumped into my children's room. This created a large dusty mess and was at first very surprising and irritating. However, Rod and his crew worked to fix the problem, and ended up paying for almost $700 in cleanup costs. Which was a large portion of the total I paid for their services($4300 total). I really appreciated them taking responsibility for their mistake.
I would and will use Energy Savers again in the future. They are a tremendous resource for any homeowner looking to improve the comfort and efficiency of their home.
