Janitorial reviews in Seattle, Washington

Very helpful and efficient in collecting trash for my business. Looking to hire them again in the future for their deep cleaning services. Friendly and hard working staff!

Happy with my decision to hire this company for our commercial cleaning. They have high attention to detail and thoroughly cleaned things several other cleaning businesses we've worked with in the past have missed completely or rushed through. Glad I don't have to pick up any slack around the office anymore.

Utilized EcoVerde for a post- corporate event clean up and they left the place better than it even was when we started. They got stains out of the hallway carpet that we didn't even create! They will leave the place sparkling. Also really easy to work with and had great communication throughout.
Will keep in mind for my next work event!

These guys have been taking care of our gym floors for the past few months and have done a great job.

Quality service and fair prices. EcoVerde did an awesome job buffing the floors in our commercial properties before sale, we also use them for recurring cleanings. really responsive and great work. My business partner and I are happy.

Our dental office interviewed and received carpet cleaning and floor quotes from 3 companies. Where this local company EcoVerde stood out, was their owner Luis Gomez. He committed to being on time, breaking up the services and dates as we needed, provided timely and honest communication and quotes as well as a job satisfaction guarantee. Their passion in how they approach and complete their work really stands out - they truly love what they do and it shows! We are 100% thrilled with the beautiful work they did on our floors and carpets and the personal approach they took with us as their client. We love this local company, we will use them again and we highly recommend that you give them a call for your commercial services! Tremblay Dental Studio

Our office received a visit and business card from Luis and decided to hire them months later to clean our carpets and I'm SO glad we did! We wanted to support a local, small business and Luis's professionalism stood out. He even threw in a scrub of our kitchen floor for free. The office feels so clean and fresh now! Will definitely hire again.

Amazing they are so detailed and if anything is not right I can call and they come fix anything I need done.

Great Roof and gutter service. My family roof was well treated.

They did a great job cleaning my rooftop and gutters. Didn’t tell me the solution used to clean my roof, but I guess that’s confidential to the business

Great Roof and Gutter service. The moss has bothered my family home for a long time. I appreciate the the treatment and the reasonable pricing.

Just one clean sweep.

amazing company, does good work cleaning commercial buildings

They have a bunch of their employees on here giving them 5 stars to boost their rating. Can't get a good rating otherwise.

Always have had good encounters with their staff and employees. They do solid work cleaning to make sure the work environment is as pleasant as possible!

Cannot recommend enough! Friendly staff, and the cleaning really speaks for itself. They go above and beyond to make their customers happy.

This is a great company! They have a real passion for employing quality (trusted / professional) people who need a second chance in life! Best cleaning company around!

SSC tackled two cleaning jobs for our company recently in the Georgetown area. Both crews were professional, punctual, and followed through with high quality results. They cleaned an indoor concrete floor that had some forklift traffic markings, and an outdoor parking lot area that had some localized staining. The results for both jobs was better than the original condition and our property manager was very happy with the results as well. Thank you SSC!

Helpful and quick response time!
