Landscaping reviews in Seattle, Washington

It's such a beautiful store ! They had a tomato sale going on that's what attracted me. Bought geraniums as well. Love to watch their carnivorous plants & air plants. I easily spend 20-30 minutes browsing the store. They package your plants very nicely. Scott is great & very helpful, I only like to buy plants from him . He picks out best plants for me too.
It's little bit expensive store , but if they have a sale on any plant I pick up 5-8 of them.
They have crystals, stones, pots, plant food, garden equipment as well. Soaps cosmetics too. -
The best shop at the best mall of Seattle. This store is the champion of how a store has to be. Lots of choices, best of choices, carefully picked, well displayed, every day freshly organized and super well customer attention. It is examplary how a store has to be managed. This is my 4 years, multiple visits per season conxlusion.

I want every plant and display! I come for garden ideas, I walk away with plants and shrubs! Every time!

I know almost nothing about plants but had to find some lavender for a client of mine, who just loves the stuff and has a little lavender garden outside her home.
So I called and asked if they had any - and they have varieties, and available in different sized containers. So my client is getting two containers of lavender.
Really thankful to the rep on the phone who took my call and understood my know-nothingness with such patience. She was so cool. Told me which were flowering already, how much they cost, what was available, etc. She asked if I wanted to reserve any, and I did and will pick them up tomorrow because they are able to hold them for you for 24 hours. (Thank god, I had more work to do today than I expected so I won’t be able to pick them up today like I thought I would).
I love it. I’m going to frequent Ravenna Gardens anytime I need plants. And I’ll need some this summer for other clients, and myself as well! -
Heavenly experience of enchanting flowers and plants

Absolutely beautiful garden shop! The employees are all incredibly nice and helpful. Very large variety of plants that are all very well taken care of and have great prices. There's a great variety of gardening tools and accessories, as well as gifts! We love coming here for our gardening needs!

Staff goes above and beyond in service. Was about to leave and they asked if we were going to do more shopping, if so we could leave it there until we were done. We said it was a gift so they rewrapped it and added a bow and fresh moss to pretty it up. Awesome place. Thank you!

This is the worst gardening shop I had ever. I bought nearly 100 dollars of Olive tree in the end of September 2023. Before I decided to make the decision to buy it or not because I doubt if it can make it during winter time. So I asked the staff.
They told me the Olive can survive the winter in Northwest area, They guaranteed Olive will live. But it was not, it didn’t make it. I live in Vancouver WA. That is warmer than Seattle area. I wrote to customer manager. They said they don’t provide any refund or replace. Instead they want to buy another Olive tree. It is not honest to do business in thi way. So awful experience ! -
We've spent way more here than I care to admit, but it's really hard not to. It is our go to place for plants and a new addiction. Between the helpful staff who always go a step above (ordered additional vases for us to pick through, always providing direction for plant care, knowledgeable), the wide selection, and relatively good prices, it's a great shop!!

Small but mighty this beautiful nursery packs in a ton of stunning, well-curated trees, annuals, perennials and house plants. Great selection of gifts as well. Thanks to Justin who helped us find all the olive trees! 💚

We were drawn to this place from all the great and unique trees and plants outside. It’s even more intricate and exciting inside. We could spend hours looking through all the elegant and eccentric plants and small botanical treasures.

A compact garden shop inside the University Village. There are all sorts of plants for a home garden and internal plants. All arranged in a beautiful manner.

Love this shop. Perfect place to get a gift for a loved one or a treat for yourself. 💚

I had an amazing experience at Ravenna Gardens! I came in with my own plant that I had questions about and an employee was extremely helpful in better understanding the condition of my plant. Afterwards, I asked them to see plants that took similar care and I was shown around the store and told about a number of plants in the store that fit my request. After selecting a couple of plants I came to the register and was told more about how to care for the plants by the aforementioned associate as well as another employee. If I had the money and the space I would be happy to come back and get more plants and plant care items. They have a wonderful selection of plants, plant care books, and other plant care goods. The store is a beautiful space with a lot of airflow and it's a pleasure to shop there.

My go-to when it comes to buying some beautifully kept plants for the summer :) Staff is nice and knowledgeable, answering my questions on how to best care for the two plants I bought. I think the prices were quite reasonable, with the total being $20 w/ tax.

Great selection of vases in different sizes. The store felt chill and authentic.

The 2 ladies there act like we was asking for too much 😭
So many plants that are shoved under shelves and have barely any space to grow and thrive 😢
