Spencer Collier was professional, knowledgeable, and excellent at solving my plumbing repair parts problem. Friendly on top of everything else. At home with the repair, everything worked just like he said.

I came in with a shower knob from a leaky shower. The gentleman behind the desk was pretty sure it was made by Price-Pfister, and sold me a repair kit and a few simple tools I needed. He also explained why I probably wouldn't need to replace the valve seat behind the cartridges; but in this case, I did. So I went back for the tool required to remove the old seat. The same gentleman got the tool, the disappeared into the back for eight minutes; I heard a grinder running during this time. He came out, having adjusted to tool to perfectly fit the seat I needed to remove. The seat was difficult to remove, and without his work would have been impossible. This is right up there with the best customer service I've ever received.

I did ask whether I should replace the seats for the other two cartridges at the same time. The two guys behind the desk looked at each other, then one said, "Number one rule of plumbing: If it ain't broke, don't fix it." They conveyed high expertise, and they have my very strong recommendation.

Aurora plumbing has the best parts dept anywhere. They not only sell the parts, but they help you figure out what you need, what the problem may be, and give you advice if you want to do it yourself. Every single person in the parts dept is truly helpful and knowledgeable. Thanks guys!

We could not be happier with the help with our bathroom update. New shower pan, walls, door, toilets, sink and everything. We had our own contractor. But, chose Aurora Plumbing to provide all of the fixtures. As in any project there are issues that arise. I took a photo of the issue and sent it to our sales person. Then immediately followed up with a phone call. The always supportive, Amber, was ALREADY on the phone to the supplier handling our issue. A huge thank you to Amber and also a huge thanks to Travis for talking me through the plumbing issue I had.

Had a minor faucet issue, called ahead to make sure they had the right part and they were super friendly and helpful without remotely making me feel bad about not knowing how to describe the parts beyond the brand. When I showed up in person to pick up, Matt in the Parts Department had the relevant piece pulled already and and was happy to show me how to assemble and fix it. Excited to go back next time the right project pops up so I can learn more from this place with such nice, welcoming people.

Chris Winchester did a great job installing our water heater today.
He was efficient and personable, completing the job quickly. He also was happy to share tips for caring for the new unit. Will definitely use Aurora Plumbing's service contractors again

Twice I've come in looking for advice, twice they've given me an answer that I wasn't finding online/elsewhere. And - both solutions worked perfectly.

First time - I was installing a drain in my vanity sink, no matter how many times I followed the manufacturer's instructions, I was getting a drip beneath the sink, down the threads of the drain. The advice was simply to apply plumber's putty around the threads before installing. Worked like a charm.

Today - my bath faucet was slowly dripping. They went out of their way to show me how the cartridge inside the "hot" handle works and why a worn washer was causing the drip. $2.09 later and my problem is fixed.

I'll drive out of my way to return to Aurora Plumbing next time I have an issue.

First, I would love to give a shout to Matt, who works at Shoreline location;
his fantastic customer service skills and helpful manner has restored my faith in people. After weeks calling and emailing the manufacture of my sink,
I was left without an affordable solution to a very simple fix, and I was very irritated. A friend recommended Aurora plumbing to me and I decided to give it a try. Matt took the time and found the part I was looking for briskly and without issue. He
also explained everything to me in an easy to understand way without sounding condescending. I payed a few dollars for the small part that I needed while the manufacturer wanted to charge me for a whole new spout plus shipping. Thank you to Matt, I appreciate you and the time you took to help me fix my sink.

I needed a new kitchen faucet and I came into your store and purchased one. Your plumber Dean came out and was right on time for my appointment. He was super pleasant. I told him I had called and notice that there was a leak under the sink. I noticed this when I removed everything so he could install my new faucet. Dean was super nice and said no leak He said he problem was with the old faucet. So, I did not need to have any of my pipes replaced. A huge savings for me. I am 74 years young and he also gave me a senior discount. I have used Aurora Plumbing Supply and swear by them. The folks at Aurora Plumbing are very honest and upstanding. I had a slow leak from my refrigerator water supply valve and so I took it to a big box home supply chain less than 5 mile from my house. Their so called plumbing expert sold me a repair kit with a bunch of different seals for $10. I took it home and replaced the seal as instructed and it still leaked. Actually worse.
So I drove down to Aurora Plumbing and showed it to one of the knowledgeable guys behind the counter. I believe his name was Joel. He told me my options and then he took my disassembled handle, valve and screws into the back. After a few minutes he came back with my valve all put back together with a new seal. He even cleaned off the hard water deposits for me! Talk about excellent customer service!! I was in a bigger shock when I went to the cashier and my bill was $1.05.
I went back home and reinstalled the valve and it works perfectly! After this experience, I am not wasting my time going to the big box hardware stores ever again for plumbing issues! Yes its a longer drive but these people are true experts who know plumbing and I'm not making multiple trips wasting my time and money! Thank you Aurora Plumbing!! You have a new customer for life!

I went down there with parts from an old corner toilet thinking I would never find the parts. Long drive, best results imaginable! I walked in and a parts person named Travis asked if he could help me. I handed him a shopping bag full of the parts, plus a toilet seat. He came up with the parts and and a full explanation of installation procedures for each item. He even found a seat to match! He was concise, pleasant and totally helpful/patient with me. I had shopped there years ago, and things had not changed. It is still the best plumbing parts store around. Yes the trip all the way from Arlington to North Seattle was well worth it. What a knowledgeable customer oriented company, with a welcoming and well trained employee base. I am obviously an old and semi physically impaired person, they held the door for me, and their genuine smiles made my day! Went home and within an hour had a brand new old toilet! Thanks Travis M and all of the employees! I will be back!

My name is Nancy Niesel and I want to let you know I had the best experience yesterday with your salesman Sean . He tried so hard to find the part for my toilet without any luck and he told me if I called the company they may send it to me sooner than he thought he could receive. I had to call twice as the first time after waiting 8 minutes I was disconnected and then when I called the second time after 15 minutes they were able to tell me they would overnite the part. I did purchase your sewer cleaning by his recommendation and am very pleased with the product. Thanks for everything. Long story--short, I am extremely grateful to Aurora Plumbing (and especially to Spencer) for saving me a bunch of money and a bunch of time! Every employee I saw there was not only a plumbing expert, they were all patient, kind and helpful.

Long story, I went to Aurora Plumbing for the first time after destroying the insides of my extra tall sink faucet.

If I could find one, I was prepared to pay hundreds of dollars for an entirely new faucet. Or, ouch(!) hundreds more to have a plumber visit.

At two big-box DIY stores, it took me 15 minutes each to even find someone with a bit of plumbing experience. No plumbers. Just retail experience.

At Aurora Plumbing, Spencer saw what I had destroyed, went to the back, literally dug and yanked the old unit out, replaced and tested it! He charged me $20 for the part.

Forgetting how I had taken the whole thing apart, he then showed me how to reassemble it, saw I was missing another part, got a kit to replace it. And then did the whole reassembly for me. I paid $40 in parts. That's it! $40 bucks!

Aurora Plumbing was the best DIY help I have ever gotten anywhere in 10+ years of DIY'ing. While I was at the counter, I watched three other employees offer the same level of service and expertise. Pro plumbers were going to Aurora Plumbing too.

Have an old house with old plumbing and fixtures and Aurora Plumbing Supply has saved our bacon a few times over the years. Today I went in looking for a replacement stem and handle assembly for a hose bib because I needed to replace the packing but had been unable to remove the bolt holding the handle in place. I wish I'd gotten the name of the very friendly guy who helped me because he said, 'Well, I could just get the screw off for you' - which, after about 10 minutes work with a torch, he did. Then put on two new washers and a new handle and I was out of there for about 10 bucks. No charge for the labor. Great place, nice guy!

I always appreciate the patience and how thorough the counter help is when I visit Aurora Plumbing. They take time to demonstrate and explain parts and procedures to help make the project come together. They sell you what you need and don't try to upsell. It helps to take photos so they can diagnose your needs correctly. Joel was great!

Where else can I go for the kinda help I need but here at Aurora Plumbing Supply…Sean Marinan is always helpful and I have to cone to depend on his resourcefulness

I received exceptional service from Vasyl recently. He was an absolute pleasure to have in my home, neat, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. he fixed my washing machine, and knew the product very well. I highly recommend him, it is because of his great service that I will continue to call Aurora WA Services in the future.

I needed the shower cartridge and diverter replaced in my bath. Aurora Plumbing sent Kevin out, and he fixed everything. He was professional and kind and I was quite happy, but the next day when I was at work, my son called and said there was water all over the bathroom floor and it was leaking through the floorboards and forming a huge puddle on the downstairs floor.

Kevin came back to the house shortly after I got home from work, and double checked all his work. It turned out that my son had taken a long shower with the shower curtain outside of the tub! Kevin was amused. I wasn't...until Kevin said there wouldn't be a charge for his return visit.

Great company. Great plumber.
