I came in with a shower knob from a leaky shower. The gentleman behind the desk was pretty sure it was made by Price-Pfister, and sold me a repair kit and a few simple tools I needed. He also explained why I probably wouldn't need to replace the valve seat behind the cartridges; but in this case, I did. So I went back for the tool required to remove the old seat. The same gentleman got the tool, the disappeared into the back for eight minutes; I heard a grinder running during this time. He came out, having adjusted to tool to perfectly fit the seat I needed to remove. The seat was difficult to remove, and without his work would have been impossible. This is right up there with the best customer service I've ever received.
I did ask whether I should replace the seats for the other two cartridges at the same time. The two guys behind the desk looked at each other, then one said, "Number one rule of plumbing: If it ain't broke, don't fix it." They conveyed high expertise, and they have my very strong recommendation.

I went in today to research a new tub & shower system.
I had no idea how unhelpful a sales-person could be!She stared at me, and made me work hard to eek answers out of her. I have a bathroom project coming up and she could have made an easy sale - boom! I'm done with Aurora Plumbing and will tell anyone who asks to stay away.
