Charged $1200 dollar to not fix the issue, then wanted $16000 to replace my pipes.
Had a property manager call them out due to a backed up sewage line, they were unable to fix the issue and wasted time when they got their camera stuck in the pipe.
I had a similar issue years before and roto rooter came out and they charged less than half - they were able to fix the issue without taking the toilet out like best did.
They said the pipes had to be replaced, and quoted 16,000 for that. The quote had no information on what went into that price, found another plumber that quoted less than half what they did.
Run don't walk away from them. -

Derek from Best Plumbing was awesome to work with. He did really clean work. He was even able to come out the day after Thanksgiving. He also returned Saturday and completed everything we needed in order to finish our remodel. I would highly recommend Derek and Best Plumbing for any of your future plumbing needs. 10/10 service and company!

Edited review: the noise that replacing the valve was supposed to fix quickly came back.
They did an acceptable job and the technician was respectful. However, they charged $700 to replace just a part of the toilet fill valve. He was here less than 45 minutes. I find it hard to believe that's the going rate.
