I had a drain line back up on a holiday weekend. Thankfully Bob Oates was able to make a same day service calm to address the issue. Bradyn was my service tech and was kind enough to call with a timeline for arrival. He was very knowledgeable and professional, citing all fees in advance of the work. He had it all sorted out in around an hour and tested the line to confirm it was working before departing. I’m very happy with the outcome and would highly recommend them for any plumbing needs.

TJ, I can honestly say he’s one of the hardest-working and most dependable people out there. When it comes to plumbing, he’s got the skills and the work ethic to match. Bob Oates was sold and the new company is NOTHING like the old one. I had a coupon, which they honored but then charged me for 'inaccessible/difficult' to service the clean out, which is 15' feet up a driveway and perfectly clear and easy to access. I will never use them again - and having been a customer for years, that says a lot. Not worth the money - find another company.
