I had a wonderful experience with Matthew & Sons Plumbing and Electric when my mom’s hot water tank started leaking in Seattle. I wasn’t sure who to contact at first, but after seeing positive reviews, I decided to give them a call. Bentley answered right away and was able to come out quickly to check things over. The very next morning, they replaced the hot water tank and even cleaned out the vent pipes. I also needed a new faucet installed for her, and Colin took care of that the following day. The service was fast, friendly, and the price was fair. I’ll definitely reach out again for any plumbing needs!

I've hired this plumbing team in Seattle several times for different jobs, and they always impress me with their quick response and professionalism. Every time I call, I'm treated with respect and courtesy. Plumbing is always in demand, but Jalen and the crew are especially fast when it comes to emergencies. For less urgent work, like installing a heater in the garage, I did have to wait a little bit, but that was just because we were waiting on a part to arrive. As soon as it came in, they got right to work. Most recently, I needed help disconnecting and reconnecting a new gas stove. Philip showed up exactly when I needed, perfectly timed with the stove delivery. Everything was done smoothly, and I was able to use my new stove the same day. I couldn't be happier with the reliable, friendly service and the way they handle every plumbing job efficiently. I highly recommend them to anyone in Seattle needing a trustworthy plumber.

Jalen was fantastic to work with—he really took the time to walk me through my plumbing problem and offered clear pricing choices. After we talked, he realized I could possibly fix the issue myself and guided me step by step over the phone several times to help me troubleshoot. It never felt like he was just trying to avoid the job; instead, he genuinely wanted to help me out. Jalen could have easily come out and replaced my garbage disposal right away, but thanks to his honest advice, I was able to fix it myself and save a lot of money. Now I know exactly who to reach out to whenever I need a trustworthy plumber in Seattle!
