Mark was great! Super communicative and fast. I requested a service and he came out the same day and filed the backflow report a few hours later. If there was any issues, he said to let him know and he’ll come back to make it right. Would highly recommend.

Started with me asking for a price after submitting a few pictures and they were one of the few that actually quoted me real numbers! Better yet, they stuck to those numbers once the work was done. They are easy to deal with and seem to enjoy the work. The master plumber clearly has skills when it comes to dealing with copper pipes.

We needed to replace our 17 year-old water heater. I searched online through Angi app and chose AquaTechs because they were highly rated with a lot of reviews and their bid to replace my water heater was over $1000 cheaper than the other two. And the installation date arrived they showed up at my house right on time and immediately got to work. They removed my old water heater and even cleaned up after removal. They then installed the new heater along with a couple of additions to comply with code. They even showed me what I needed to know about the New water heater. All All during the time when they were removing the old heater and installing the new heater, they would stop and take the time to answer my questions very patiently and thoroughly. AquaTechs Deserves all their high awards and I can recommend them completely.
