We had a drain problem in our shower and they came out the same day to repair it. They fixed the issue quickly. The tech was very helpful and professional. The fee was quite fair. Will use them again if needed.

Jose Martinez went above and beyond. First, he was friendly, prompt, and gracious. This latter trait came in handy when he had to gently explain that the problem with my tub drain wasn’t that it was clogged, but that the stopper lever was engaged😳😂😂😂. Then, he would not charge me because he didn’t need to use any equipment except his brain, (equipment I apparently lack) and wouldn’t even accept my offer to pay him cash directly. He’s a great, honest guy who works for a trustworthy, honest company. 11out of 10 stars.
